Best Western Hotel München Airport

This is my 2. stay in this hotel. The first time I got a small room, but this time I asked for a bigger one, and I got one. I stayed two nights, and must say I enjoyed the soft bed, the great breakfast with a cook cooking your omelette as you liked it, and the kind service of everyone. I also liked the free internet in the reception area. Thank you.

The only thing is the photos shown on booking.com. They are misguiding, as there is no swimming-pool in the hotel. The hotel looks completely different than in the photos, which should not be the case for a four star hotel. Why not show the truth? The pool is like a center you can drive to and pay to use. So, any hotel could put such a service on. What is the point in showing it as your photo of the hotel? Except misguiding customers like me, who would have loved to swim inside the hotel after a long days work.

I liked the location of the hotel,very near to the Munich Airport.The opportunity of "Park,sleep anf fly" was just great.

Your Hotel is very clean and neat. The staff was competent and friendly. The fact that there is a shuttle to the airport and an in-house restaurant makes it very convinient.

I was disappointed in the quality of the food in the restaurant and I expected the Hotel to be much closer to the Airport.

I liked that they served pizza at the bar. The room was pretty nice.

False Advertising about being close to the trains and the airport. False advertising regarding pay for movies in English. They said we would be able to see 4 movies in a 24-hour period. They repeated one movie and must have counted porno channels as the other movies. Wanted to charge 15 Euros each for breakfast. Charged over 5 Euros for a bottle of water. It's over an hour by train from Munich.

The staff was extremely helpful. Free internet access was great and it was good to have shuttle service to the airport.

Yes!!! The fact it was named airport hotel but is nowhere near the airport was disgusting. It would have been much cheaper to stay at a hotel near the airport because the transportation costs and time was so much.

Breakfast was very good. The rest is very poor for a four star hotel.

The hotel's environment is merely awful. The window of my room faced on a damaged car parking area with its accompanied smell. Additionally, there was no air condition in my room, therefore, I should have opened the window. Besides, it was very noisy in the hotel, especially at morning. The staff, mainly, is not as responsive as it should be. My overall impression is that the Hotel service is merely insufficient, especially for a four star hotel. I made reservation of two rooms for my family (5 people) nearly four weeks in advance. During the reservation, I asked for two adjacent rooms. In the wake of my request I received an e-mail where the Hotel promised to allocate two adjacent rooms for me. Eventually, I did not get that.

Very nice room, big and comftable. The stuff was very nice to us and very helpful. Very good value for money.

The buffet breakfast was excellent

The name of the hotel is misleading. Travelers looking for an overnight hotel near the airport end up spending much more than they think

Good value for money. I liked the hotel very much. Clean rooms, welcoming and helpful hotel staff + excellent breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean

It was clean. Good bathroom. Had free internet at the hotel. Provide wake up calls when requested. Had a bar on site. Quiet. All night hotel staff. There is free parking on the road if you don't want to pay.

A bit far from downtown Munich. Internet was free, but terrible quality. It cut out on me every few minutes making me restart all applications.
