Perfect location and value for a one night stay, before catching a morning flight. It has been a challange to find a hotel which accomodates families with two older children during our Europe tour. This hotel was a pleasant surprise, with its huge family room. The front desk staff was excellent, going out of their way to accomodate special requests. missed the air conditioning, although the windows would open, there are no bug screens on them, so it was hard to get releif during the hot night. |

The main things I liked about the hotel where its relative closeness to the Airport, its cleanliness and the rate. The major negative aspect was the lack of air conditioning in our room which was on the top floor and the window was non-opening. The room was therefore hot when we arrived and this resulted in an uncomfortable night. |

The Hotel is conveniently located near the Airport and Therme Erding; it was classy, clean, and affordable. I would definitely stay there again!! |

Had a very nice theme I was very upset the charges were inflated from the booking price. The staf member began to argue which did not make me feel very welcome. However, once management made the decision to accept the charge I was quoted over the internet, the staff was very good. |

The receptionist was warm and friendly. We were hungry so we went to the bar for food as that was the only place available. There, the bartender, Francesca, was extremely kind and helpful and fun. She really made the experience a lot better and the good memories we have of that evening are mainly of her. Also the breakfast buffet was quite extraordinary. Yes. You classified the hotel as being close to the airport and your operator said it was close to the rail station, and your ad says you offer shuttle service. You call yourself the "Best Western Munchen Airport". Are you kidding? It was not close to either the railstation or the airport. |

Plenty of street parking. Breakfast was expensive - we passed. Asked if they had airconditioned rooms - they told me yes; however, they were reserved for ohter guests. |

Good location, low initial rental price. The charge to the ariport was E$18 and took 15 minutes for the hotel shuttle. The airport shuttle had 8 people. So, E$270 for one trip to the airport. Too much! Next time I would stay along the train route and pay more for the room. |

Once we found the place the atmosphere in the Hotel was very comfortable. Staff gave the children a soft toy at dinner which was the highlight of their stay. directions to the hotel (in English) werent good enough. |

I arrived late, about 9pm and left 5am, therefore didn't have much time to see what the hotel has to offer. The receptionist was nice, check in took a few minutes. The room was spacious enough and clean. The towels where very very soft. I went to eat dinner in the restaurant of the hotel, right after I left my stuff in the room. The service was good, the food just ok but the price was outrageous. |

It was clean and suited our requirements. We just needed somewhere to stay before leaving for the airport next morning and it was perfect. Staff were friendly and nice and we had a nice buffet dinner there in the evening.. |

I came by bus from Garmisch with a group and when the group was dropped off at the airport I asked the driver to take me to the Best Western. We had a difficult time to find the hotel in Erdin. After asking several people we did locate it. Could there be more information on the web site or did I miss something. Of course if I had stayed at the airport and called for the shuttle bus this would not |

Decent hotel. Quiet an ordinary hotel for the price. Please dont go by the name of the hotel. It is 20 km away from the Airport. A very long drive. |

We booked the shuttle bus, and they promised to pick up from the airport, just told us waiting there, however, they went to the hotel bus stop without enter the terminal 2, we called them again and again, and found the bus at last. From my point of view, they lied, or the reception desk didn't tell the driver. We choose the hotel near the airport because we transit there and had very limited time. |
