Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt. Leuke ontvangst voor onze 2 honden. Extra bed op de kamer is eigenlijk niet geschikt voor een ouder kind of volwassene, is niet comfortabel.

Frühstücksbuffet gut bis sehr gut. Empfang freundlich. Personal gut bis sehr gut. Die Zimmerkategorie "Studio" befindet sich nicht im Haupthaus und ist durch eine Strasse von diesem getrennt (ca. 100 Meter Entfernung). Diesen Umstand empfanden wir (gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit) als unpraktisch. Anmarsch zu den im Haupthaus befindlichen Einrichtungen (Restaurant / Bar / Fitnessraum) in Hut und Mantel. Fitnessraum deshalb für uns de facto auch nicht nutzbar. Getränke haben wir uns selbst besorgt, da in unserem Studio auch keine Minibar vorhanden war. Transport des Gepäcks ins Studio ebenfalls umständlicher, da das Nebenhaus nicht mit der Tiefgarage verbunden ist. Den höheren Preis für die Kategorie können wir trotz der größeren Zimmer nicht nachvollziehen.

Tijdens ons verblijf (1 nacht) waren er aan de zijkant van het hotel festiviteiten. Tot ver in de nacht last gehad van geschreeuw van dronken feestgangers. Het is niet te hopen dat de festiviteiten meerdere keren per jaar plaatsvinden.

sehr sauber, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, sind schon zum 4. Mal dort Die Dame an der Bar hatte am Samstag Abend wohl nicht Ihren besten Tag, wir wollten uns zu viert noch einen Gutenachtdrink genehmigen, wir setzten uns an die Bar, anstelle uns zu bedienen, ging die Dame mit den Worten:" bin gleich da.." von dannen. es hatte ausser uns bloss noch ein Gast an der Bar, also keine Stressituation...wir konnten dann nach etwa fünf Minuten doch noch unsere Drinks bestellen. Ich denke es wäre angebrachter gewesen, uns zuerst zu bedienen, und danach für fünf Minuten zu verschwinden.... Jedoch werden wir das Best Western trotzdem wieder buchen....

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, und es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir genossen ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Sehr ruhige Lage in der Nähe von Heidelberg und Mannheim. Extrem aufmerksames und freundliches Personal im gesamten Hotel. Sehr gutes Hotelrestaurant mit realen Preisen. Eine nette und gemütliche Bar mit kompetentem Personal. Ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit leckeren lokalen Zutaten und vor allem auch gutem Kaffeee. Ein bemerkenswert gutes Preis/ Leistunsverhältnis.

Ich fand das Frauenwellness - Päckchen sehr angenehm . Diese Zuwendung ist für mich auch einer der Gründe Best Wester Kunde zu bleiben. Mein Zimmer hatte teilweise Flecken ( Schleifspuren ) an der Tapete und Flecken auf dem Teppichboden.

Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Sehr leckeres Essen bei der Geburtstagsfeier von Klaus Bauer. Reichhaltiges Frühstück am folgenden Morgen Den Raum, in dem gefeiert wurde, fanden wir etwas schmucklos, obwohl es sicher Aufgabe des Gastgebers ist, für so etwas zu sorgen.
