Kompetente, freundliche Mitarbeiter, guter Service, gute Küche. Ideale Ausgangslage für Erkundungen der Innenstadt. Nichtraucher gebucht, dennoch roch das Zimmer stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Febreeze hat geholfen. |

Die Lage und Ihr freundliches Personal. Dass von dem ehemaligen Jugendstilambiente ausser der Fassade und einigen wenigen Details ( z.B.Bild über der Rezeption) so wenig übrig geblieben ist. Das Essen hat mir nicht geschmeckt. fFsch am Abendbüffet zu fad,gefüllte Zucchini hart und wenig schmackhaft, Kürbissuppe am Folgetag Mittagessen sehr sauer (zu viel Essig?), am Frühstücksbüffet war dieWärmeanlage ausgeschaltet, daher Rühreier, Speck, Tomaten alles kalt. |

Die Lage des Hotels, die Zimmer als auch das angebotene Frühstücksbüfet waren ausgezeichnet. Auch das angebotene behindertengerechte Zimmer, das wir ja in Anspruch nehmen mussten, entsprach unseren Erwartungen. |

Die zentrale Lage und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Dass meine Visa-Card am Tag der Buchung bereits belastet wurde, d.h. vier Monate vor der Nutzung. Das ist nicht verständlich und war bei anderen Buchungen über booking.com auch noch nie der Fall. |
