Location was perfect - right by the train station. Breakfast was fantastic.

It is very convenient to station and city. So we could travel not only Leipzig city, also other interest places by train.

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, well maintained with a pleasing aesthetic. Breakfast room has varied choice of food plus more than adequate spacing for everyone to sit.

The hotel was advertised as having high speed internet when in reality it only had 128 kbps. painful even for just opening emails. Also there was no air conditioning so had to sleep with the window open. In the morning, I was awoken to the sounds of cars and trams, and this is with my room not above the road. Those rooms at the front of the hotel will surely be very noisy with the window open.

I prefer staying in high quality hotels with local color. I really enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed eating on the terrace. The Weiner Schnitzl was some of the best I had. Unfortuneately, My stay was during hot days or I could have rated the hotel higher.

The lack of some type of cooling was necessary for the hot days possibly even a fan would have been appreciated. Cooling in the lounge would also have been welcome.

No air condition and room extremely hot. Limited free wi-fi service. No english news paper. They want to charge for the news paper.

My boss had stayed for 4 nites. There is no toileteries, not aircond and poor service. His another 2 guests had moved to another hotel and my boss had to pay for their cancellation fee in Vistor'S. I am a bit upset because had chosen a wrong choice for him.

Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast included which is unusual for Leipzig hotels in my experience. Spacious quiet rooms.

At 35 euros per night it is expensive to have an extra bed in your room for a child over 12 years old they should really review this as it will put off families especially as you can hire an appartment just across the road for less.

Das Hotel punktet mit seiner Lage. Mehr aber auch nicht.

Altes abgewohntes Hotel, so grau wie das Rührei zum Frühstück. Gestank aus der Kanalisation im Bad und 100 Jahre alte Kopfkissen. Für 4 Sterne kann man einfach mehr erwarten.
