Brilliant and super friendly personal, very good design rooms, close to airport. Rooms doesn't have air condition system, it will be problem if you stay in summer. Hotel shuttle not including in room price, shuttle to the airport 15 euro, shuttle working hours 8.00-20.00, breakfast starting from 6.30 it is not good if you have early morning flight. |

The room was spacious enough, nice breakfast, free internet. But............ No way I would recommend this 4 star hotel in summer time - as there is no air-condition in room !!! So - take this hotel in summer only if you really like to suffocate at 30c. degrees at night, with an option to open your window to an autobahn 50m away.... |

Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen, von der Freundlichkeit des Personals über das Restaurant bis hin zu der Zimmerausstattung. Kinder sind auch gern gesehen ( wenn sie natürlich nicht ganz rüpelhaft sind) Sehr gute Anbindung zum Flughafen Schönefeld. Nein, das Hotel entsprach meinen Erwartungen. Das Hotel liegt ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg von der S-Bahn entfernt, für manche vielleicht etwas zu lang und es liegt an einer Hauptstraße, wir haben vom Verkehr nicht viel gehört. |

Wellnessbereich, Nähe zu Berlin, allerdings S-Bahn 30 min. Fußweg, Zugaben (Abendessen, Welcome-Card), Erreichbarkeit und Nähe zum Flughafen Lärmbelästigung durch vierspuriger Bundesstraße, öffentliche Parkplätze stehen nicht für alle Gäste zur Verfügung, Zimmerzugang nicht barrierefrei |

Die ideale Lage im Süden von Berlin und Anbindung an den Ring, der Parkplatz, die freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter, angenehme Küche Es fehlt ein Sichtschutz(zumindest in dem Zimmer, das wir bewohnten, Nr. 256). Die Bewohner des Hauses gegenüber haben direkten Einblick in´s Zimmer (insbesondere, da die Balkons des Nachbarhauses auf das Hotel ausgerichtet sind) und man kann das Bad nicht verlassen oder sich im Zimmer entkleiden/umziehen, ohne dass die Nachbarn daran teilhaben |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel in lunchruimte of s'avonds bij de bar en mooie grote kamer. Voor lichte slapers, kun je beter bij reserveren even kamer nummers vragen. Oneven is aan de snelwegkant. Maar zelfs met raam op kiepstand voor ons geen probleem. Wij hadden een arrangement geboekt. Dit wist men niet bij binnenkomst en wij moesten de dame van de incheck hierop wijzen. Bij het uitchecken ging dat ook fout qua prijs. Men heeft wel beide keren excusses aangeboden en de prijs veranderd. |

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, man hat wirklich alles was man braucht.Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da, aber haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Wünsche werden sofort berücksichtigt. In der Hotelbeschreibung, steht leider nicht dabei, dass der S-Bahnhof ca. 2 km entfernt ist, es waren 20 Min. sehr zügiger Fussmarsch.Ich finde so etwas gehört schon zu einer guten Hotelbeschreibung dazu. |
