Position was good, 3 minutes walk from Neuss Hbf, restaurants and pub walk-away. Room simple but comfortable, breakfast with good choice Poor customer comunication, we had one room missing at the first night and nobody at the reception. Manager was very rude, unpolite, and made us pay the room we couldn't use. It is such a pity since the hotel is good. Wifi is way too slow, impossible to skype anyone, take 10-15 seconds to load an html page. Work on it

The staff are very kind and helpful with any issue you ask for. This was my fourth stay and I will go, stay at the hotel again in the future. It might bother some, not to see any staff at the reception after 10.30 pm, but it is totally ok. You can also check in after 10.30 pm, there is a box with a password that they share with you, but you should contact them anyway incase, you enter the password, get the key and go to your room. Just like Bond movies :) Rooms are clean, good breakfast is served, very good location at the city. Blose to train and bus station, shopping centers are just a minute walk away. I totally advise it. Also when you are in Neuss you should try the Eis Cafe Roma in the market.

Le calme et la propreté des lieux. Hôtel bien placé, proche des transports en communs et des magasins. Le personnel très serviable. Pas de boisson dans les chambres.

nähe Bahnhof Neus, gute Verbindung zu Düsseldorf - sehr Freundlichens Personal, wer Kunst mag --- hat hier den Künstler vor Ort hörte den Aufzug ins Zimmer... aber OK, durch die Lüftung kam von anders wo her ein Zigarenrauch--- kam erst am letzten Tag drau warum es so komisch in meinen Zimmer roch, war aber nicht zu schlimm, aber immerhin es roch nach Zigarren....

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, die Einrichtung ist etwas "old school" aber dafür gut in Schuss. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, das Bad sauber. Für ein günstiges Hotel hat es alle erwartungen erfüllt. Die Lüftung im Bad war sehr laut.

Einfach alles. Gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter, zuvorkommender u. höflicher Hotelier. Sehr gute Ausstattung für den Preis. Schöne Möbel, Bett, Teppich Tapete im schön dezenten Farbton, schöne u. kunstvolle Bilder. Zimmer u. Bad mit Toilette sehr sauber. Modern eingerichtet. Gemütlich u. zum Wohlfühlen. Zimmer groß genug u. mit Balkon. Daß es Raucher u. Nichtraucherzimmer gibt find ich sehr gut. Hotel hat Aufzug u. man muß keine vielen u. steilen Treppen laufen. Frühstück reichlich u. sehr abwechslungsreich mit großer Auswahl. Nicht weit v. Bahnhof u. der Stadtmitte entfernt. Gerne u. jederzeit wieder. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Gibt es nichts weil einfach alles o.k. war.

Posizione Hotel datato servizio non congruo al costo non dotato di frigo bar, nel mio caso funzionava 1 lampada su 3 fatto presente alla reception la risposta e' stata: ci pensiamo domani!! Carenza di personale, la cameriera di sala brekfast e' la stessa che ha fatto il conto .

Unkompliziertes, gut geführtes, saubers Haus. Gute, einfache Zimmer. Gute Betten. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Nicht sehr inspiriertes Frühstücksbufett mit wenig engagiertem Personal. Schwamm drüber!
