Very convenient location, a few minutes walk from Dusseldorf Main Station. Excellent breakfast buffet. The inclusion of a public transport pass for the Ruhr area was most useful. Generally, a very nice Hotel. |

My personal experience, the staff was excellent, &have never experienced such friendliness team in any of teh hotels in europe. being an extensive business traveller was very comfortable in teh hotel, though the toilets very a bit small otherwise everything was perfect. The best part was teh breakfast & the way it was organised it felt very homely. |

I was staying in Düsseldorf on holiday and guests receive a free travel pass during their stay which covers public transport (buses, trams and 2nd class trains), not only in the city region, but in the whole of the VRR Rheinbahn region. |

My husband and I were traveling with my Mother and our dog and stayed at the Bismarck for only two nights. The location was just a block from the main train station and Ubahn stop, as well, the "City Tours' bus drops off and picks up there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The owner's daughter, Michaelena, even brought our dog treats! The double room was about the same size as the single. The closet was tiny but adequate for a weekend stay. The halls smell a bit smoky but its hard to get away from that in Europe. I would have liked a mini-fridge in the room. |

The hotel was very close to the main station. A lot of restaurants and shopping areas. The rooms were cleaned daily. the toilets were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even called us to catch the breakfast when we were late. The room was very small despite it is double room. The elevator is very small |

Hotel is located good for business-turism. Close to Hbf (3 min. by feet)and Airport (15 min by feet+S-bahn). Really free Wi-Fi. Peronal is very friendly. Rooms are very small. |

hotel has best location and very close to rail station but in silence area. the staff very freindly. the weak oint is that devices in the hotel getting very old. my bed was not strong flat and for this reason asked for changing but they change the room with a bit better condition. still bed is not in right way. i could say that it would be also good for this hotel to plan to change the TV sets which is very old and small. |
