The location was not that far from the station, the staff were very freindly and spoke English well. The room was very spacious, which was great. |

It could be the great hotel in convenient place with nice rooms and very good breakfast if there were clean. We had the dirty toilet, smelly bathroom and dusty room. Avoid this hotel if you are allergic. There is a sauna in hotel but I afraid checking it. The terrible room keeping |

The hotel has excellent trafic access. The shopping center nearby gives us foods, clothes and so on. The room facing to the street is noisy. In summer this is problem if you sleep with windows open. |

The staff was very friendly. The buffet breafast was very good. Value for money was ok. The room had an unpleasant smell and the room had to have the windows open each day to allow the room to air. |

Convenient location, friendly staff and a good breakfast. We had a room on the back so we weren't bothered by the street noise. The room was very comfortable. The advertised internet connection did not work, and the staff blamed our computers rather than requesting help from their internet providers. We wasted a lot of valuable time and won't return or recommend the hotel to others. Our computers connect to wireless networks all over the world. |

The hotel has an excellent location - close to the city centre and the schloss. I parked on the street, but the hotel carpark was only 4 euros/night. Large room. The interior of the hotel is a little gloomy and needs lightening up. The bathrom is on the small side. |

Free wifi, free bicycles to visit the city, excellent breakfast, staff very kindly and available 24hours. Room quite small, but very comfortable, not noisy at all. Good position of the hotel, very close to the city center and the congress center. Nothing to complain. Very great stay. |

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente und ein hervorragendes Frühstück Die Temeratur in den Zimmern zur Straße sind bei warmen Wetter sehr unangenehm, da wegen des Straßenlärms die Fenster nicht geöffnet bleiben können.Also nur noch Zimmer nach hinten! |

Gutes Frühstück, reichhaltig und frisch Zimmer zur Hauptstrasse sind unerträglich laut. Das Zimmer roch unangenehm. Der Stuhl am Schrebtisch war defekt. Fernsehempfang nicht zu gebrauchen. |

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Erg leuk en handig dat ze gratis fietsen uitlenen. Wij kregen een grote kamer omdat er ook een babybedje bijgeplaatst werd. Inrichting is netjes maar wel erg gedateerd. |

Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter bezeichnen sich zu Recht als Gastgeber. Das Hotel überrascht mit einer Vielzahl von Extras. Eine große Kollektion loser Tees der Spitzenklasse statt üblicher Teebeutel, zum Frühstück nicht nur Tageszeitungen, sondern auch Illustrierte in großer Auswahl Neben Buntglasfenstern ein PC mit Drucker für die Gäste |

Das Hotel ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar und liegt nahe der Universität und eines Einkaufszentrums gelegen. Die Zimmer unter dem Dach sind im Hochsommer recht warm. |

L'accueil très aimable, à l'arrivée puis à n'importe quel moment du séjour. Le petit-déjeuner très soigné compris dans le prix, La possibilité de garer sa voiture à petit prix dans un parking privé. Les chambres côté rue sont un peu bruyantes, en particulier en été lorsque la chaleur oblige à ouvrir les fenêtres. Mais nous étions déjà venus dans cet hôtel sans cet inconvénient. |
