Good clean room, simple but good quality breakfast Noise coming to first stair rooms from the kithcen when staff starts to prepare brekfast (6 AM) and disturbs sleeping |

The staff was very helpful The location was bad, very far from the city centre. The toilet in the room was broken, the light was very poor, wouldnt recommend to stay there, there are many better hotels in Bremen for the same price. |

Very friendly personnel. We've arrived a bit late in the evening, but the host was still waiting for us. Room is very small, but clean. Comfortable beds. A bit noisy, mostly the thin walls and planes flowing in the nearby (planes very not intrusive after closing the window). |

the friendliness of the staff and the fact that Ithey were very flexible with requests .Also they offered a reasonably priced transfer service from and to the airport . it was good to be able to use freely the tea -making facilities . they spoke languages and provided plenty of touristic information |

The excellent service provided with from the staff. Even located some kilometres from the city center, this was not creating any problems as the manager drove us in the hotel car to the city centre, collected us if needed as well as both picked us up and returned us to the airport. |

Very homely environment and friendly staff. This place is particularly suitable for Muslims as there is a Turkish shop right across the road that offers Halal stuff. Since you can use the kitchen at Balue Villa, it is possible to prepare your meals according to your needs. |
