Booked initially for 4 nights intending to move on, however very pleased with hotel and extended stay to 7 nights. Hotel had a very comfortable, homely feel, typical German style, staff were very helpful and welcoming. Nice bar area was lively but not intrusive with 2 restaurants adjacent. Food was good and wholesome, portions large. Rooms were good size, comfortable and clean. Breakfast offered a fair selection of cereals, breads, cheeses and meats, with a fresh orange squeezer, very popular. Ample car parking, although often busy and fairly full, but always found a space. Vineyards growing opposite, outside town location, easy to get onto main roads. Would certainly return if in area.

Only fault, room was too warm for our tastes. Hotel being a little way outside town, although walkable maybe 25 mins.

A warm and welcoming hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable room with good quality fixtures and fittings. Fabulous choice of food at breakfast in a bright and airy dining room from 6.30am until 10.30am. Choices for evening meals to suit all tastes and budgets. Own micro brewery providing excellent beer. Free use of swimming pool and sauna. Within easy walking distance to town (25 mins) or by bus every 20 minutes. Checkout available until midday.

Very good, comfortable hotel. Choice of restauarants at various prices. There was a pleasant walk into Trier running through beautifully kept allotments. As cyclists we were pleased to have garage storage available. Ample parking.I Would certainly return.

Very comfortable hotel with very welcoming staff. We ate in the brauerie and the meal was very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Will defintely stay there again.

If you like beer, it is a good hotel that you can taste their fresh brewed deer very day. There are enough open space for you to enjoy the outdoor. Sitting with your family and friends for wine or beer. Good location, close to Vintage for white wine,

Very cosy and traditionally decorated hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They've got a great restaurant downstairs serving delicious meals from German and French kitchen. The breakfast was very rich. A convenient free parking is a great plus, as well as the swimming pool. A little bit far from the city centre, but we came by car and this was not a problem. I would definetely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was beautiful. Very different from any place I have ever stayed.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice rooms. Easy access to the city and all the historic places.

Room rates were about 10 percent higher than it should have been.

The shower and tub were excellent.

Hotel had an "insecticide" odor in many of the hallways, and the place had the look of a run down Motel 6. However, the rooms were large and although they looked a fright, they were comfortable. Clearly, this is not a family run hotel.

Personnel serviable et sympathique et parlant français !!!. Hotel en retrait de la ville mais j'y retournerai car la propreté de la chambre, l'accueil, le petit déjeuner, la piscine, .... tout cela étant trés appréciable.

Rien à dire sur l'hôtel en lui même. Ce qui peut être éventuellement choquant est que les allemands n'hésitent pas à se mettre nus dans la piscine comme au sauna ....
