These spacious 2-floor apartments lie in Norderstadt, to the east of Wiesbaden. They include a fully furnished kitchen and living room. They offer easy access to the A66 highway towards Frankfurt. The maisonette apartments offered by the Boarding & Relocation Agency feature a large downstairs lounge, kitchen with dishwasher and an upstairs bedroom. Free on-site parking is available at the Boarding & Relocation Agency. The maisonettes are a 15-minute drive from the center of Wiesbaden and Frankfurt Airport. The center of Frankfurt is 25 minutes away. The Boarding & Relocation apartments have a covered balcony which faces southwest and offers a magnificent view. There is a small park behind the apartments, and a sports center just 1300 ft away. There are many nearby restaurants in Norderstadt. We once lived in Nordenstadt and wanted to be nearby to our former house and have the feel of living in the neighborhood again. This provided that. It is close to shopping and the bus stop to take you to downtown Wiesbaden. It was also quiet with a wonderful view of the countryside. Great walking/running on the trails in the fields nearby as well. The internet connection was excellent and fast for work related activities. Parking was not available as advertised inside the building, but it was not a major problem as free parking was available about 100 m away at the Taunushalle. But the advertisement stated that parking was available in the building.

Die Räumlichkeiten waren großzügig und sauber! Ungestörter Aufenthalt ohne Belästigung durch Z.B. Putzservice.Telefonische Absprache, zu welcher Uhrzeit geputzt werden kann.Freundliche Vermittlung.
