Disponibilità del personale, prezzo ottimo per la connessione internet, parcheggio interno. Nella mansarda manca il ricambio d'aria. Manca l'ascensore. Colazione poco varia. |

The staff was wonderful - very kind and helpful. Since I was on my own with a 21 mo old child for part of the trip the kindness of the staff made a huge difference. The room was huge - perfect for our toddler to have a chance to play at the end of the day. The kitchen was also a great convenience. The breakfast was good - simple and good quality products every day. The design of the hotel was beautiful - very elegant, clean modern lines. Something that was pleasing to us as young family. When we return to Heidelberg I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The tram ride into the city was even fun and easy! The kitchenette did not have any cooking supplies....no pots, pans, plates, forks spoons, etc. We bought out own at a local grocery store so it was not a big deal but it certainly would have been nice. |

Sehr freundliches Personal, das sehr bemüht auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingeht. Die Zimmer sind frisch rennoviert und richtig gemütlich. Selbst eine frische Blume und San Pellegrino stand zur Begrüßung auf dem Zimmer :-) Das Frühstück ist phantastisch: herrlicher frischer Obstsalat, tolle Aufschnittauswahl, Säfte, sehr guter Kaffee und tolles Brot und Brötchen. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Ein klitzekleines Manko: Morgens war es etwas laut. Aber auch dagegen wird etwas unternommen: Die Flure werden bald mit Teppich ausgelegt, damit man den Wäschewagen nicht mehr hört :-) |

Petit déjeuner très correct, chambre et salle de bain impeccables et spacieuses, personnel aimable, endroit calme Quelques difficultés pour se garer, comme dans beaucoup de ville maintenant. |

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Als Hotelleitung würde ich deshalb nicht schon um 7:45 Uhr Reinigungskräfte in frei gewordene Zimmer schicken. Die Nachtruhe war vorbei. |

Das Hotel ist Klasse, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!Ruhige Lage und schnelle Verbindungen zur Stadt!!! Außerdem lieben Dank an die Frühstücksdame ;-) Gute Parkplatzmöglichkeit!!! |
