Breakfast We booked this hotel due to good ratings, 3 stars and proximity to Heide Park. Definitely not 3 stars hotel- small rooms from 80s not as described and shown on pictures, with smell of cigarettes - should be one star hotel and worth half of the paid price. Because we were traveling from Berlin we specified in our booking late arrival around 24. When we came there at that time the hotel was closed and we had to wait 15 min till somebody came. The old German guy opened the door and instead of welcoming us he said that we are after 18:00 and he will not check in us and charge us for not showing up. When we were trying to explain that we specified in the booking that we will arrive late he said to us that we are lying!!! He was rude and aggressive. At the end he said that IF WE ARE IN GERMANY WE SHOULD SPEAK GERMAN....Finally he checked our booking and he noticed our remark about arrival, and changed his behaviour, but he did not apologized us. Hotel not for foreign tourists - ONLY FOR GERMANS, if you know what I mean.... Do not recommend!!! NOT 3 stars hotel!!!

Wir haben dort auf dem Weg nach Sylt übernachtet. Es war alles sehr gut und hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Die Lage in Bezug auf die Autobahn ist sehr gut.
