A good position for people vissiting the Messe Essen. Railway and metro/underground convenient.Staff friendly and helpfull but communication problems with other than German people. Restaurants and bars closeby.

Ease of checking out 1St room had terrible drain smells in bathroom - changed to a 2nd room This was ok - clean though the aged decor & carpet, despite clean, it had the feeling of unclean. My partner got a flee bite during night and this may be coincidence though we somehow weren't surprised. 3 star rated - felt more like 2 star Apartment room had no kettle so we boiled water using a saucepan There was approx 20 empty beer bottles in one of the wardrobes & 2 full bottles in the fridge - what was that all about. Also a large approx 2 metre long black divider cushion in the room leaning up in the corner? What was that there for? Shower hose had a split so water sprayed out on hose before getting into shower head Satisfied with our stay and nothing worth complaining about - just more like a 2 star compared to other 3 star rooms we've used

10/15 minute drive to essen centre. Clean, comfortable and value for money. Car park gets a bit tight, but street parking is plentiful and as safe as can be.....

Almost everything was ok and satisfactory. Many ppl in other reviews are lamenting the quality of the breakfast. I found the breakfast adequate. The shower had some small problems but nothing unbearable.

proper hotel, vriendelijk onthaal. Goede bereikbaarheid. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis Wifi is niet gratis, dit kan echt niet in deze tijd... Jammer dat je er niets kan eten.

Personeel was erg vriendelijk, kamer erg ruim met 3 aparte bedden. Toegang na sluitingstijd receptie veilig met speciale deurcode. De douche lekte erg en er is op de televisie geen nederlandse of nederlands gesproken zender beschikbaar, ook geen BBC. Erg jammer

J'ai aimé l'acceuil de l'etablissement et surtout la disponibilité des personnes qui bosse a l'acceuil. J'ai vraiment pas du tout content du petit dejeuné (qualité/prix), car il n'y avait pas trop le choix, et la simplicité du petit dejeuné.

нормальный отель. очень удобное место расположения! сразу при выходе из отеля вход в метро. 10 мин. ходьбы до центра города. очень дорогой интернет, проще сказать, что его нет!
