My biggest issue was that everything from the tourist leaflets, at the front reception, to the hotel's own information folder, left on the desk in my room, were entirely in German and not multilingual. This is was particularly frustrating as I would have to go to the reception to ask about almost everything: local transportation in Bonn, hotel's breakfast time, taxi number, procedure from printing - ironically most of this stuff was included in their information folder. Another issue was that my room was slightly cold and the duvet was very thin, suitable for the summer weather rather than Germany's frosty winters.
Great location just one subway stop away from Bonn central station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they offered me the option to check out on the evening before my departure date, since my flight departed before the reception opened, and to simply post my keys in their mail box. Also, I booked a single room but was given a free upgrade to a double room, which was a lovely surprise. The room was a little cosy but very clean. Great breakfast selection including cold and hot food.
