The main staff were extremely pleasant, spoke good English and were very helpful and cheerful.

The staff working on reception in the evening were a little less helpful than they might have been. When asking for a recommendation for a good restaurant, I was simply told to "go to the main square"!

The location was very good and there were many things to do right in the local area. We went to a restaurant called "Roses" which was also pretty good. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful.

No elevator but that didn't bother me as I had only a small bag. The parking was a different matter, though. You can only park in front of the hotel to the left of the front door as you're walking out, you're lucky to find a space, and you can only park there for two hours. There's a parking garage within walking distance but if you've got a bunch of stuff you'll have to figure something out.

It' very close to the city center and underground station in a very nice ad quiet place. The staff of the hotel is very kind and also the quality is good. In addition there is a free Internet connection available.

Very central and easy to find. very comfortable.

Cost more than they originally quoted. They charged me for single use of double room when I had asked for two single rooms. I didn't ask for a double room and felt they shouldn't have charged me for this as it was their choice not mine.

Die zentrale und ruhige Lage, das Personal war sehr freundlich,das Frühstücksbufett war gut, die Betten waren gut.

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber.
