Hotel Boos  

Unfortunately there was nothing to like about the hotel. After driving for 10 hours and seeing the hotel at first impressions we did not want to stay there. We had to ring the doorbell as we could not get in. Initially was given the key to our room, went and had a look and it was a shoddy room with three single beds, did not look like the picture on the website. Area was very dodgey and there was no where to park the car initially, when I asked were were told we could park on the street. We ended up having to remove everthing from the car as we were very wary about leaving the car with things in as the owner had said not to leave anything in the car as it would get broken in to.

After been given the first room I requested another one, we were given two sep rooms. Both were at the front of the hotel and subject to large noise levels. One of the rooms stank of sewerage and had no towels and a sheet for cover. We were told to take the linen from another room, this room was actually sightly better and we opted for this one. The shower door fell of when my partner used it and overall the place was very run down and not very clean. On arrival the guy quite aggressively told me that we had not ordered breakfast and asked me to prove that we had, I showed him the receipt and he said breakfast was not normally included. After seeing the state of the place we had not intention of having breakfast and could not wait to get out.

Good location convenient to the center of the city. Hotel staffs were friendly.

Hotel staffs were not present when we arrived, although we were noticed about that by phone before we arrive. It also took a bit of time to find the public parking nearby to park overnight. Breakfast was not satisfactory.

The hotel is clean and staff friendly. Everything was absolutely fine. Peter was a animated and jovial host for our 6 year old daughter conveying stories of the region's myths and legends. A bit off the beaten track, but not far from anything.

No aircondition, generally worn building. Had to ask for linen that missed for one person. Staff overslept breakfast and was not very proffesional.

Nice buffet breakfast and helpful staff. The room was fairly basic but clean. A decent value for a city hotel.

La struttura è piuttosto antica le stanze sono un po vecchiotte andrebbero rinfrescate ,il bagno ...no comment

Sehr beeindruckend ist der Schatz der Nibelungen, der in Wahrheit in einem Zimmer des Hotels verborgen ist, und wie schön die Nibelungengeschichte kindergerecht dargestellt ist. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Haus ruhig gelegen in Fußgängerdistanz zum Innenstadtbereich. Es gab ein sehr schönes Früstücksbuffet.

sehr freundliches und entgegenkommende Personal (Eigentümer). Nicht nur für Kinder interessant "Nibelungenmuseum" mit der Geschichte vom Rheingold
