If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

My stay at Borchers Hotel was like a wonderful trip to Grandma's house. My room was convenient to the welcoming breakfast buffet lovingly attended by perhaps Oma herself. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is conveniently right in the middle of the fantastically preserved historic village, and very convenient to everything I wanted to see. I hope to go back again and again. |

Very central location in Celle. Room facing on quiet inner courtyard. Good breakfast buffet. Room clean and comfortable. No tea/coffee making facilities. No safe in room. |

Freundlicher Empfang; Bemühung, Beanstandung sofort zu beheben; absolute Sauberkeit; angenehme Atmosphäre; sehr ruhige Lage, obwohl direkt im Zentrum von Celle. Im Bad wäre einiges zu verbessern: Zu wenig Ablagefläche; Dusche in Badewanne nicht optimal, aber wegen beengter Räumlichkeit nicht zu ändern; Duschvorhang nicht sehr zeitgemäß und wenig hygienisch; zusätzliche Haltegriffe in Dusche zur Sicherheit bei Ein- und Ausstieg wären sinnvoll. |
