Placed in the old city, close to "everything". Parking of car in a lift garage. Silent and spacious room. Good beds. Very good breakfast. Reasonable price. Easy to find. telefphone number easy available from booking.com. Reservation of place for car in the garage worked well.

No restaurant or pub in the hotel. Not really a problem because the hotel was so central.

The service was impeccable. From the staff checking us in to the people serving us breakfast, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The room was beautiful and overlooked the terrace. Had all the amenities one could hope for. And being able to use the pool/sauna of the other hotel was a great luxury. I would most definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and central

I last stayed at Borchers 45 years ago, and was sad to find that it did not now have its restaurant, which 45 years ago, was exellent.

We were breaking our drive from Rotterdam to Berlin and decided to get off the autobahn for a night. Chose Celle at random and then picked the hotel from the internet. It looked comfortable and attractive and that's how it turned out. Lovely room, very good breakfast and plenty of time to refresh ourselves, take a look around a beautiful old town - and superb art gallery/museum - before resuming our journey. Secure underground parking was an added feature which suited our needs.

room overlooked by outside breakfast area so not very private. stayed on sat night and thump from neighbouring disco was audible until early hours.

Location was perfect, breakfast was great. Rooms were a good size, ours having a balcony which on a sunny day would be perfect. A good hotel with nice staff.

Ausstattung könnte etwas stilvoller sein und dem Ambiente des Hauses mehr entsprechen.

Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück.

Att receptionen inte alls är bemannad efter klockan 22 känns något osäkert i händelse av t.ex. brand.

Dejligt stort og hyggeligt værelse, hyggelig morgenmadsrum med god og rigelig morgenmad. God parkering med bilelevator til garage under hotellet.

Vi har ingen klagepunkter.

Charmerende beliggenhed i den gamle bydel, gode stille værelser og en omhyggeligt anrettet morgenbuffet med alt, hvad hjertet begærer af godt tysk charcuteri. Dertil privat (men dyr) underjordisk garage. Venligt imødekommende personale. Og vis a vis ligger "Das heimliche Rathaus", en glimrende original restaurant/bierstube med gode kød- og fiskeretter.
