Nice complementary things, like discounted parking and free use of local health center. Great breakfast buffet. Clean room First and foremost the receptionist at checkout. I have never met a so arrogant and ill tempered person in a service function. I had booked over the internet and thought I already paid as I had provide all my credit card details. Instead of explation this nicely, she tried to patronize me and was agressivly ordering me to pay now. Cash or credit card - now. She even tried to push me to pay a rate which was more than double to what I had agreed to via booking.com. Such as shame to end a really nice with a bad experience like that. The other staff where very kind and helpful just up until we had to check out... |

easy connection to subway. It takes only 20min to downtown - good breakfast - clean, quiet room - friendly staff - excellent value for money the ventilator in the bathroom did not work |

The building is architecturally unique. It is a very clean hotel with excellent breakfast. There are two terminals in the lobby for internet access (ask the reception for access code). It is very far from the center of Berlin. Also, be aware that the nearest train (subway) station (Borsigwerke) does not have escalators or elavators (lifts). This may be an issue if you are carrying heavy luggage. |

We had a great time visiting our friends who live in the Brunowstrasse, very close to the hotel. The breakfast was very very good and the service of the staff was also very good.. |

Very Clean & good breakfast It's 20 min out of city but very easy to get in by the underground. But you know this when you book to stay there. |

Wir sind sehr freundlich in diesem Hotel aufgenommen worden. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, das Frühstück und der Service sehr gut.Die Mitarbeiter gaben bereitwillig Auskünfte. Mit etwas härteren Matratzen wäre der Aufenthalt perfekt gewesen. |

sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet bei dem es an nichts gefehlt hat. Lage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums aber die S-Bahn-Station erreicht man in ca. 2 Gehminuten und von dort aus kommt man mit der S-Bahn in ca. 20 Min. zur S-Bahnstation Friedrichstraße (ohne Umsteigen) ... also kein Problem, wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs ist. |

Sehr schick, modern, super sauber, spitzen Frühstück mit allem was man sich wünscht. Kaffee, Tee, Kakao...ganzen Tag kostenlos, Parkplätze in der Nebenstraße kostenlos. Kino + Shoppen genau gegenüber. Werden bei Spezial- Angeboten immer wieder dort übernachten. Gab nichts! Alles super! |

die Nähe zum Tegeler See Die Lichtschalter am Bett sind an der falschen Stelle angebracht. Nämlich direkt hinter dem Kopfkissen, so das man Nachts unbeabsichtigt das Licht einschaltet. |
