Very good value, great location, clean rooms with comcortable beds, and excellent service. Nice touches include free wi-fi, hot / cold drinks, cakes and fruit, use of bicycles, included breakfast, shoe shine machines and plug adapters. Restaurant good too and plenty more within 5 - 10 mins walk plus good shopping too. Underground 100m away and easy to get to the city and Tegel airport. Lake and parand close by too in a nice quiet suburb. Would definitely stay there again if we go to Berlin again, which we'd like to.

The staff,the breakfast (because many of Berlin hotels do not offer breakfast with the price of the room),free soft drinks (hot and cold) for the guests down in the lobby,free Wi-Fi connection and the closeness to the U-bahn. The pillow was uncomfortable on the first night but that was changed when I asked the staff. The window side in the bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was too much dust (something I would not expect at a hotel like this). You had to enter the password for the Wi-Fi connection every time you wanted to access the net instead of the system registering you device from the first time.

The hotel has a convenient location relative to Tegel airport. You can find free parking space in a nearby street. The breakfast is good. Still, the hotel barely deserves the four star status. The personell at the reception appeared rather bored and served slowly, but offered us a room with water bed for the standard price. This presumably was due to the lack of other non smoking rooms. The smoking is a terrible problem overall in hotels in Germany, the enforcement is non existent and this disfavors non-smokers.

This is my 3rd stay, it is convenient location, clean and has an excellent breakfast buffet. The price was rather high this time due to the Marathon taking place in Berlin

This hotel is very convenient to Tegel airport if you are renting a car. The location near the lake offers the opportunity for a stress reducing stroll at the end of a long day, and there are adequate restaurants in the neighborhood on a quiet street. The staff was very accommodating in helping us find a parking place for our car (there is no hotel parking lot per se). Despite requesting a non-smoking room on booking, we were given a smoking room on check-in. The check-in desk did not point this out so we trucked up to the room unawares. In the end, the prospect of changing rooms, and the only mild (but easily detectible) smell of smoke, kept us from marching down to complain. But we should not have been put in this position, and it should have been stated up front on registering.

Special request for more pillows not fulfilled. Parents were given the ordinary room while our sone got the comfort room-----very loud and noisy room servicing early while we were still sleeping...furniture bumped into the wall and doors slammed disturbing our sleep between 6 am and 9.30 am....noisy vacume cleaner etc. Shower from 513 leaked badly into bathroom even with door closed.

Very convenient to the Tegel airport. In a business area, very clean and quiet. Food in the hotel bistro was very good. Staff was very professional and helpful. Excellent value.

летели с тенерифе через берлин-тегель. выбрала отель, так как он расположен недалеко от аэропорта, на тихой улице в тегеле. на такси из аэропорта - 14 минут и 18 евро туда и 12 минут и 16 евро обратно. тихая улица, утром птицы пели, как сумасшедшие...напротив отеля какой-то торговый центр. внимательный и приветливый персонал. очень понравился завтрак! не забуду ростбиф...холодный, тонко нарезанный, вкуснейший кофе и клубнику. муж пил чай - выбор значителен. около входа в ресторан - кофе- стейшн, где можно бесплатно выпить кофе. мы приехали поздно, около 12 ночи, поэтому не воспользовались, но хорошо, что это есть. номер маленький, но уютный, без противных запахов. шикарный матрас на кровати.в шкафу свет зажигается!!! большое окно. тихо. было бы намного лучше, если бы у отеля был свой трансфер в аэропорт... правда, тегель скоро закрывается, так что, может и не актуально. для 4+ звезд хорошо бы в номер тапочки, халат, зубную щетку и пасту. для тех, кто останавливается на одну ночь - распаковать чемодан целая проблема, а тапок у нас даже и не было, ходили босиком по ковролину, хорошо, что тепло и чисто.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Lage des Hotels ist ganz gut. Dadurch dass es etwas ausserhalb liegt, ist es ruhig. Das Zentrum ist dennoch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (U-Bahn) gut und schnell zu erreichen.

Die sehr freundlichen MA am Empfang. Hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und jederzeit sehr souveränes Auftreten der beiden Damen. Am Morgen,wir mußten gegen 5.oo Uhr das Hotel verlassen, war dann das Ganze etwas anders ,aber der Mitarbeiter des Nachtdienstes ,schien etwas unausgeruht zu sein - trotzdem Alles gut!

Sijainti rauhallisella alueella muutaman minuutin ajon päässä lentokentästä, siisti, hyvä ja monipuolinen aamineinen. Itse käytimme tätä ainoastaan yöpymiseen ennen lentoa kotiin, mutta jos tarvetta kulkea kaupunkiin, niin metropysäkki kivenheiton pääässä hotellilta.
