The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. No dinner service at night. My room was smelly. I had to open all the windows and leave them open for a whole day to air out the room. |

Excellent customer service. When we made an additional request like setting up a baby cot after checking in, the hotel staff was happy to help and immediately took an action. The room is nice and spacious. |

Room was very nice, good design and well equipped. Staff was very polite and helpful. There was no ac in the room. Opening the window is not a very good option as the noise coming from street is very loud. |

Stylish & comfortable design hotel; big rooms; comfy 'living room' area with fire place centrally located (to city center by metro in 10min, metro 5min by foot), yet nothing right in the vicinity; not the 'best part of Hamburg' |

It was perfectly placed for the local S train into the city and also very close to where I was working. The rooms are fantastic and very large in comparison to rooms in other European countries. The time I stayed was very warm and the shortage of air conditioning made it a little uncomfortable on an night when trying to sleep. |

Beautiful room, friendly staff, very nice sauna. Great breakfast too. The street noise level was a bit too high to leave the windows open at night. |

The friendly and efficient welcome. The design of the whole hotel and expecially the rooms (and everything in them) is first class The location is not so good for walking around. |

Es ist ein sehr schön modernisiertes kleines Design Hotel mitten im Herzen von Altona. Uns hat Service, wohnen und Lage überzeugt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und schön eingerichtet! Wir könne es unbedingt empfehlen! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist Ok aber keine 16 Euro pro Person wert. |

Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, immer bemüht, dem Gast einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. - Fließender Übergang zw. Lobby, Bar und Restaurant, eine große stylische Lounge. Wer sich dort aufhält, wird verwöhnt. Und: der Gast steht im Fokus, und nicht dessen Vermögen... Beispiel: sitze in der Lobby und warte, kommt der Chef (?) und bringt ein Glas sehr, sehr leckeren Rotwein: "hier, probieren sie mal; wir haben gerade ein paar Weine getestet fürs Weihnachtsmenü, da war dieser edle Rote dabei." - Riesige, gut ausgestattete Zimmer (ca. 35-40qm), komfortabel und schön. - Mehrere frische Säfte beim Frühstück, Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. - Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Alles sehr relaxt. Lounge eben .... Luft nach oben gibts, wenn überhaupt, nur noch beim Frühstück. Auch wenn die Luft da auch schon recht dünn ist |

Die zentrale Lage, Neue Flora , S-Bahnnähe , Innenstadtnähe ruhige Lage Parkplatz war nicht im Preis enthalten. Frühstück hätte umfangreicher sein können |

Die höfliche,nette und zuvorkommende Art. Kaum hat man das Hotel betreten, fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Dieses Hotel ist absolut spitze. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Hamburg-Besuch wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Positiv ist auch die Nähe zum Hafen und den Musicals. |

Ontvangst, briljante kamer grote badkamer, inloop kast (!!!) De toegang tot garage is smal., maar de dagprijs is laagdrempelig. Het vinden van het hotel is niet eenvoudig omdat de straten in Altona erg smal zijn en het straten plan niet overzichtelijk. |

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und wir hatten ein sehr großes schönes Zimmer. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel liegt leider nicht im Zentrum, die U-bahnstation ist aber nur 200 Meter entfernt. |
