We absolutely loved the size of the rooms and the fantastic facilities. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Their restaurant was also exceptional and the food outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is very modern, with nice reception area and very friendly staff. Rooms are very big, interestingly decorated and generally good I would say. Bathroom has heated floor, nice feature during winter time. Breakfast is good, especially bacon excellent. Good coffee. Free and well working Internet connection.

Hotel is not exactly in the city centre. There is however S-Bahn station just 5 minutes walk. We got a bit unpleasant experience first evening, there was some wine promotion, where you could buy a bottle for 12.5€, but we wanted to buy it, barman said that price is actually 30€. Strange. Also, we did reservation for one kingsize bed, but we got two pushed together, which is not the same thing.

Reception very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed a fabulous fillet steak in the restaurant (although it was rather pricey!)

A very nice hotel, with great service and fantastic rooms. We stayed 4 friends in a large room with everything we could ever ask for. If we go back to Hamburg, this is where we will stay!

VERY large rooms; nearly a apartment, with kitchenette. Walk in closet. Acceptable fitness and sauna. The restaurant have fantastic food; where the dishes is nearly art, and it is plenty of it. very nice breakfast. Garage with entrance direct to the hotel.

Stunning hotel, very cosy with a romantic feel. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are very spacious. Bathroom is very spacious and bath tub is huge! Extremely clean.

Shame about no tea and coffee making facilities in room, always nice to have a brew when you wake up. No air-con and room got really warm. Only 1 uk channel on tv.

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer. Optimal für Musicalbesuch.

Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht - Raucherzimmer erhalten bzw. wurde von den Vorgästen im Zimmer geraucht. Schlechte Belauchtung in der Toilette.

Stoffeliger Empfang, Duschkopf leicht defekt, Duschkabine nicht richtig dicht (ganz Bad stand unter Wasser)
