The comprehensive service which was very subtle but ever present. The team that worked the desk and the lobby and breakfast room were fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, responsive personnel. They made everything easier and made us feel spoiled. The daily treats in the room were a really nice bonus and we liked the turn down service. Slippers in the room and also the flower in the bathroom was nice. Really a beautiful hotel!

Convenient, central (yet quiet) location. Beautiful, cosy rooms. Extremely comfortable bed. Very good, unintrusive service. Overall a lovely hotel, highly recommended. I would have liked the fitness/spa facilities to be located within the hotel. Even though a free shuttle service to a nearby sports club is provided to hotel guests, nevertheless I personally didn't feel like leaving the hotel to be driven there in -15 degrees Celsius! I was disappointed that the DVD-player in my room didn't work and that the staff didn't know how to fix it.

The garden is very nice..the service there is good..Rooms very nice too.. The light system ın the room is not easy to use.The cleanıng staff is very short and it is not the 5 star service at all..They do not take care of the room ın the evenings ıf you are ın that tıme..the mini bar is not satisfactory..

Groot comfortabel bed. Kamers zijn mooi, behulpzaam personeel aan de receptie. Er was geen verwarming op mijn kamer, heb dan uiteindelijk om een radiator gevraagd, vind ik echt niet kunnen voor een 5*hotel. Kaartje niet storen, of kamer poetsen moest ik zelf gaan vragen. Ontbijbuffet was er niet, enkel van het menu te kiezen.Er was ook geen badjas aanwezig. Vandaar prijs/kwaliteit niet voldoende.

Das Haus ist wunderschön designed und äußerst kultiviert. Dabei nicht steif. Nette Menschen. Die Bettdecken waren dick und irre warm. Für den Sommer ungeeignet.

Ein idealer Platz für ein Shopping- und Sightseeingwochenende in Berlin. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Größe ist ideal, ruhig, kein Andrang an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück war einfallsreich, lecker und preislich angemessen. Absolute Empfehlung.

Läget är perfekt med närhet till centrum och Kudam. Interiören är tilltalande med en vacker innergård. Deras idiotiska system för att få tillgång till internet. De säljer ett login/password för t.ex 10 timmars surfning och anger att man loggar ut på 1.1.1.1/info. Detta fungerar inte utan man förutsätter att användaren skall surfa 10 timmar i sträck. Jag har påtalat detta idiotiska system för hotellet och man inser inte att det är ett systemfel. Detta är så väsentligt för mig att jag kommer att bo på Brandenburger Hof förrän man inför ett system med log in/log out och tiden som används är nettotid på nätet.
