The service is of the highest order. The staff are excellent .The breakfast and presentation was excellent. The concierge was great. Quiet yet convenient location. The hotel and accommodation are tired. The bedroom was smallish. On entering the room there was a whiff of cleaned away sick. The bathroom sink was chipped and repaired. the back upright behind the taps was stained black from old water mold, No air conditioning in the room and the room even in December was to hot on the first night. When it rained over the inner conservatory (the roof needed a good clean) at breakfast the roof leaked and we received a second shower. |

Mkt serviceorienterad och intresserad personal. Ordnade överraskningar till min frus 50-årsdag och fantastiska blommor som jag beställde innan. Frukosten var inte bra. Det var ingen buffé utan serverades separat. Missade beställning av äggröra, fick kaffe efter halva frukosten - långsam service. |

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Beeindruckend ist das reichhaltige, leckere Frühstück, das am Tisch serviert wird. Gut ist auch die ruhige Lage Die Bar- und Restaurantpreise sind an der oberen Grenze. Wein und Essen recht teuer |

Le piccole ed importanti attenzioni verso il cliente: la frutta fresca e l'acqua minerale per il ristoro, la selezione di poesie, la disponibilità di libri e dvd, ecc., oltre a quelle fondamentali come cortesia, efficienza e disponibilità La prima colazione è troppo artificiosa anche per un hotel a 5 stelle. La veranda e il giardino interno sono incantevoli, l'arredo moderno è elegante, ma il servizio è eccessivamente formale sia nella presentazione che nei cibi proposti. Suggerisco di potenziare il buffet. |

Dit is het hotel dat je je altijd hebt gewenst. Een zeer vriendelijke, behulpzame bediening. Je voelt je hier echt welkom. Een prachtige inrichting waar tot in de kleinste details over is nagedacht. Rust, terwijl je toch op loopafstand van de Kurfürstendam zit. Van alle hotels die we ooit in Europa hebben bezocht (en dat zijn er veel) zit deze in de top. |
