Small, intimite and boutique-like hotel. Generally a friendly atmosphere, particularly in the restaurant. The a la carte breakfast was a nice alternative to mediocre breakfast buffets, however selection of the three menues could be a little better.

Internet is not included in the price. It is very outdated that you still have to pay a 24 hour rate to get internet access. Furthermore is the access only valid for 1 item. Staying at a 5-star hotel it is expected that it accomodates modern facilities like internet/wifi access as well. Our room was quite dark and we were staying mother (81 yrs old) and daughter in the room. We were not asked if we wanted an extra blanket for the bed. Slippers were not in the room and we had to ask for them. The same for bathrobes. Fitness is not available in the hotel, which to me makes it very difficult to understand how it can be a 5 star hotel w/o gym. Cleaning was ok, but refilling of amenities lacked attention. The day upon arrival we only had very limited toiletpaper and had to call and ask for extra. Notepads, laundry bags etc were not refilled. Tendency to arrogance in the reception. I cannot help to feel a little "discriminated" when the room has been booked through booking.com and not directly with the hotel

The staff were so helpful and kind to me and my daughter. We loved the hotel and would highly recommend it. Club sandwich the best we had ever had ( and we have eaten round the world..)

A Firts class Hotel in every way. Great staff and wonderful location. Ambience was superb. A real haven/oasis in the middle of Berlin

Extras were expensive. Car parking was very pricey and it is within Berlin's Polution zone. Moreover the polution certificate proved impossible to obtain. Restsurant was expensive but sort of OK.

A very nice hotel! The staff at the reception is very professional, and other well enough too. The room was very comfortable and pleasant to spend night, though there was not in my bath (only shower cabin) and safe, but this does not prevent my short-term stay.

Sport-club (spa) is not in the hotel's building, so you have to use shuttle, luxury...but should to keep in mind that the sport club is open until 22:00.

Zeer goed ontvangst, het personeel was meestel erg vriendelijk ! Zeer goede ligging en een lekker ontbijt.

De ontbijtformule is zeer onduidelijk. De prijs €36 bij de inschrijving per persoon, doch terplaatse slechts twee ontbijten voor drie personen gehad !? Dit is geen juiste berekening ! De saunafaciliteiten waren niet voor de hand. Men moet een verplaatsing van en naar doen.

Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel äußerst dürftig. Kein Zimmersafe. In der Bar bediente uns ein Ober, dem der Schweiß über das Gesicht lief, unappetitlich. Im Badezimmer blieben gebrauchte Putzlumpen liegen. Gepäck muß man selber aus dem Taxi laden. Kein Portier. Bei Ankunft wurden wir ultimativ aufgefordert über 150 % des Zimmerpreises über unsere Kreditkarte zu zahlen mit der Zusage, der nicht anfallende Betrag würde erstattet. Man fühlt sich nicht als Gast sondern als potentieller Betrüger behandelt. Diesem Niveau entsprachen auch einige der übrigen Gäste. Wir werden dieses Hotel nie wieder betreten.

Hotel très calme Chambres spacieuses et propres. Personnel très courtois. Bon petit déjeuner, service personnalisé. Très bonne situation par rapport à l'hypercentre.

Schönes Frühstück, am Tisch serviert. Brötchen leider trocken.

Personal unaufmerksam, lange Wartezeiten in Lounge und beim Frühstück. Reservierungswunsch für ruhiges Zimmer zunächst nicht erfüllt, nach Reklamation Zimmer zum Hof mit Upgrade, sehr angenehm. WLAN nicht inklusive, passt nicht zum 5 Sterne Anspruch.

Eine Oase der Ruhe mitten in Berlin. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und eine entspannte Atmosphäre.

Mein Geheimtipp für Berlin.

Présence d'un voiturier (mise au garage, enlèvement des garages). Lit d'appoint non facturé la première nuit suite au désastre lors de l'arrivée.

1) Réservation prétendue inexistante. 2) Insistance pour prendre une 2ème chambre. 3) Lit d'appoint déclaré non disponible, puis retrouvé par miracle sur présentation de la réservation imprimée. 4) Lit d'appoint mis à disposition dans la chambre (en position verticale) sans être préparé et sans literie. 5) Chambre située au 1er étage au lieu de chambre en hauteur avec vue sur la ville (raison du choix de l'hôtel) - Note: il n'y a aucune chambre dans l'hôtel correspondant à cette description. Publicité mensongère.

Das Personal ist kompetent und unaufdringlich. div. Journale insbesondere zur Kunst sind angenehm. Ein Regenschirm im Zimmer wird positiv vermerkt. Die Küche führt den Genießer in neue Welten

im Innenhof sind die Sitze nicht sehr günstig um zu essen.

Hôtel très confortable, luxe discret, accueil souriant et polyglotte, charme classique et tranquillité absolue pas loin des magasins et du métro. Petit déjeuné copieux et vitaminé avec journaux du matin. Service taxis et concerts efficace. Propreté irréprochable. L'hôtel convient parfaitement bien à un court séjour à Berlin .

Je n'ai aucune critique à formuler.

Die Lage und das Ambiente des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es ist ein Ort um zu Entspannen.

Für ein fünf Sterne Haus hat das Hotel in dieser Preisklasse leider ein paar schwächen, z.B. gibt es keine AirCon und keine Bademäntel im Zimmer des Weiteren sind die Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut besonders durch Hauseigene Anlieferer die sich am frühen Morgen lautstark Unterhalten und mit den Fahrzeugtüren knallen.

The staff were at all times helpful and friendly. The hotel design and decoration were very impressive. The room was quiet, and one could open the window at night for fresh air while sleeping. The hotel is very conveniently located for access to the U Bahn. A room was available immediately available after our early arrival from an overnight train trip.

Es gab die in der buchungsbestätigung genannte kostenfreie wasserflasche nicht! Das preis-leistungs-verhältnis steht trotz vieler vorzüge dieses hotels in keinem angemessenen verhältnis.
