Everything; staff was always friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean and modern, and unbeatable location. This has to be one of the best hotels all over Europe. If you are considering travelling to Berlin for leisure purposes do not overlook staying at Potsdam, only 20 mins from Berlin.

Nice room, small bathroom but ok. Good breakfast. Most important : excellent location to visit Potsdam. Common rooms are small and not too cosy. Hotel has a strange structure, our room was a challenge to find.

I really liked the design, the furniture, the look and feel. It is not an ordinary hotel but a location with history and personality. We ordered a cappuccino for breakfast and found out that we don't have to pay for it extra. It was a nice surprise. The room and the bathroom were smaller than expected. The bed was extremely dissapointing. It was a "double bed" in which the two mattresses did not want to stay together. You could put your feast between them. And there were two single blankets instead of one double. Not very helpful for a romantic break we planned... and not what you expect in this category and for the price.

It is a very good hotel, with elegant and spacious rooms, located in the best location at the center of Potsdam, close to the Brandeburger Tor and to the Sans Souci park. Very good quality/price ratio. The breakfast could have more choice for baked cakes, and hot drinks prepared in the kitchen (now there is an automatic machine).

The location is very good. Close to the park, some restaurants nearby, and right next to the main shopping street. The staff is very helpfull and put a free baby cot in our room. Excellent breakfast. Housekeeping came by when our baby was sleeping. When I asked to come back later she nodded but never came back.

I highly recommend Hotel Brandenburger Tor Potsdam. Location fabulous. Next to the Brandenburg Gate at the start of the main shopping street and convenient to all bus routes and sightseeing and restaurants. Hotel is only 2 years old and very pretty and immaculately clean. Lovely rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and speak English. It is a 4 star hotel but I would give it 5 stars. There was nothing not to like.

Замечательный отель, вежливый персонал. Очень уютный номер и вкусный завтрак. Отличное расположение отеля, в самом центре города, прямо возле Бранденбургских ворот, до парка Сан-Суси 10 минут пешком. Отель очень понравился. На входе в отель небольшая лестница и нет пандуса и еще есть лестница уже внутри отеля в одном из коридоров. Это может оказаться минусом для путешествующих с маленькими детьми и инвалидов.

Hotel direkt am potsdamer Brandenburger Tor, großzügiges Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung, umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet. Aufgrund der Integration in historisches Gebäude teilweise nicht barrierefrei. Nur sehr wenige eigene Parkplätze.
