Big surpermarket was close from the hotel. Bath room was clean and cosy. A bit far from center, but close from the central station. Just that even I refuse the breakfast, they took 9euros/day extra for that and I had to go back to hotel to ask for the money back. If I hadn't got enough time,I could have missed the train! Be sure to ask the details before the payment!! |

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very accessible to the ICC Berlin. Great location. I would have like clean towels every day (this didn't happen but perhaps I should have asked for this). |

The retained character of the hotel, the lift for example (-Ich Bin eine Berliner' it said!), the coffee, and the situation close to anything and anywhere with adjacent public transport. |

The wonderful recent refurbishment of the spacious room we were given made the stay very pleasant indeed - the hotel is very close to Berlin's splendid U-Bahn transport system making getting aound the city and to and from the airport very easy. The buffet breakfast was varied and substantial and an excellent start to the day. I certainly did not like the fact that at reception on checking out they had 'forgotten' the Booking.Com price for the 3 night stay and tried to charge the four of us the full current rate ... though this was quickly resolved and the original price agreed to as per the reservation this small 'dispute' was an unnecessarily unpleasant end to the stay. |

Geräumige hohe Zimmer, ansprechendes Ambiente, die Zimmer nach hinten sehr ruhig; das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und seine 9 Euro wert. Gute Lage, direkt bei U- und nahe S-Bahn. Die Wände zwischen den Zimmern teilweise dünn und hellhörig. |

Sehr angenehmes Hotel, direkt an U-Bahnstation.Sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit Sicht auf grünen Hinterhof. Badezimmer fast luxurieuse mit Douche und Bad. Sehr sauber, Personal ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, ganze Nacht geöffnet. |

De kamer was ruim (hoog), en schoon. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ontbijtbuffet was erg goed! Op loopafstand van congrescentrum ICC. Wij lagen aan de voorkant en met het raam open was de kamer (5 hoog) toch erg lawaaiig. TV was oud en klein. |
