I found the staff very friendly, the breakfast was good, enjoyed the opportunity of eating downstairs in the Restaurant, I also liked that the Management of the Buergerbrau incorporated certain events within their Restaurant, ie. Christmas Music ensemble and Nickolaus. I found the room on the small side, I had to get used to the small bed, (smaller than a Twin, I believe) I would also suggest that Hotel sized shampoo, conditioner and lotion be placed in the bathroom. I would also recommend that if a guest is " noise sensitive" to ask for a room towards the back street. Even though the Hotel offered WiFi, I think that an Internet corner would be an advantage, not everyone travels with a Laptop.

Hotel with a large staff who could not have been more friendly or helpful. Being just out of main season there were not too many guests but an indication as to the popularity of the hotel with the locals was the fact that the numerous dining rooms were very full, as so would you be after dining here. A good menu was available as well as the wines and a pretty good breakfast with strong coffee to get you going. However the jewel in the crown was the beers from their own brewery which made a great break with mates memorable. The town is a great base for the mountains or to visit Salzburg with good train and bus services.

Sehr Zentral; Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; großes Zimmer; kostenloser Parkplatz; sehr gutes Essen; schöner Ausblick auf Rathausplatz und die Berge, ruhiges Zimmer. WLAN nicht kostenlos und sehr langsam (zwischen 40 und 100kb/s); Frühstücksbuffet-Auswahl nicht besonders groß, und wenn man eine halbe Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit kommt ist schon fast alles nicht mehr vorhanden (2 Wurstsorten, 1x Käse - 2-3 Scheiben; kein Frühstücksei mehr vorhanden), wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt, oder gefragt ob man noch etwas benötigt. Man muß sein Gepäck eine Etage hochtragen (Aufzug erst im 1. Stock verfügbar).

Ich habe dort schon mehrfach gebucht - immer zufriedenstellend. Der Parktplatz ist etwas abseits gelegen und bei schlechtem Wetter nicht optimal erreichbar.

Die urige Atmosphäre im Haus ist einfach spitze. Das Personal war trotz Zusatzeinsatz wegen Silvester meist gut drauf, was die Urlaubsstimmung ankurbelt. Hier macht die "Zeit wirklich Urlaub" und nimmt mich jedesmal sofort mit - also ist und bleibt Bad Reichenhall für mich ERHOLUNG PUR! Ich finde, Bad Reichenhall hat sich in den letzten Jahren echt gut gemacht, über die Schwerpunkte bzgl. der Investitionen der Stadt kann man natürlich unterschiedlicher Meinung sein.

Freundlicher Empfang (1. Stock), super Auswahl beim Essen, typisch bayrische Schmankerl, hausgemachtes Bier, große Portionen Z.B. Ripperl oder Schweinebraten; großes Salatbuffet, Gaststube urtypisch eingerichtet mit lustigen Wandmalereien, wir bekamen für 1 Nacht ein riesengroßes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hauptplatz, großes Bad mit Wanne, sehr hell (viele Fenster), Frühstück: alles da was man braucht. Achtung beim Parken: haben vor dem Hotel-Eingang an der linken Hausecke geparkt, haben übersehen, das war "kein Parkplatz" daher 10 Euro Strafe (trotz Parkerlaubnis hinter der Scheibe); also besser nochmal genau schauen (Hinweis von Hotel wäre nett gewesen)...

Günstige Lage in der Fußgängerzone. Angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, dafür aber auch nur ein normales Frühstücksbuffet (keine Besonderheiten wie z.B. Rührei mit Speck oder Obstauswahl). Zimmer im 3. OG, aber direkt über der Küche, deshalb teilweise recht penetranter Essensgeruch.

Location in Bad Reichenhall; rooms are in same building as the restaurant, so if you want to drink a lot, you can just crawl back to your room! Rooms were in same location as restaurant, so if there is an event going on it may be a little noisy if you are on a low level floor.
