Шикарный отель, но даже в отеле люкс класса бывают погрешности. В период проживания был день рождения и я заказал жене поздравление. Персонал не только забыл о заказе, но даже к 3-м часам дня не был убран номер. При жалобе быстро исправились, но неприятный осадок остался. Есть недостатки в обслуживании, например, в номере для курящих нет пепельницы?! |
