Breidenbacher Hof, a Capella Hotel  

We had booked 2 De lux rooms but were upraged to one 2 bedroom suite. That was great as we were able to spend more time together. We had a baby with us and this was the first time we got also the nursing table to the room.

Small things but surprising in a quality hotel: Breakfast is very pricy. Bacons and scrambled eggs were served only at 8 a.m. High chair was dirty everytime it was brought to our table. One cleaning lady was unfriendly and other day the door of the closet and the door of the safety box in it were open when we returned. Luckily the safety box was empty. Nursing table in the room was swinging as the screws were loose. No towels in the kitchen corner of the suite.

Excellant location and staff was well trained.

1. Internet wifi was not signle in the room and this falt the management know it but it suprise me that why they are not rectifiying it. 2. Breakfast was excellant but price is too high. I thing 42 Euro is too much for breakfast.

Friendly staff

Stunning hotel in excellent location. I very really rated "Value for Money" as good rather than excellent as it wasn't cheap. But then I thought that you get what you pay for and in terms of value it's worth every penny. Incredibly attentive staff, superb food, high tech luxurious rooms, a 5* hotel as 5* should be. Immaculate.

I liked the private seating area after the reception which was perfect to relax with a cup of coffee. I Also liked the idea of a complimentary mini bar. The room was huge, luxurious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and informative.

Fantastic service,weel appointed hotel

We spent in a hotel near the 8500 Euros, and they took us to the fine for smoking. I only smoked in the toilet and did not spoil nothing. I find this outrageous fine.

Perfect location for someone who wants to do maximum things in minimum time given. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Great living room available for hotel guests. I spent lot of time in hotel working on my laptop - had no difficulties with WiFi, plugs, handy cup of tea or water and same time enough privacy.

Some details/ small request of mine took longer time to respond from the staff than I would expect. F.I. before return trip I asked if I can get a luggage scale. I got reply - that they need to double check and will let me know, but nobody got to me back about the matter in the end.

A truly old school luxury hotel in the best sense. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, all our wishes were granted with absolutely no fuss and all in all the Breidenbacher Hof is one of the more memorable places to stay. Location, service, friendliness & other amenities - all top notch!!

Very responsive and helpful staff

Staff was exceptional. Room was spacious and luxurious. The hotel is obviously influenced by the high standards of its owners from Kuwait. The personal assistant gave us useful tips and booked us good restaurants.

Although the air conditioning is perfect I like to be able to open a window for fresh air in my hotelroom. This was not possible.

Everything was beyond our expectations. There are not enough stars to give this hotel.

Good location and friendly staff

I stayed in the hotel last year and I can say ut was perfect but not any more before they were waiting me and I just signed and they take me to the room explaining everything but this time I waited too long to have my room ready and we went to our room onthe other hand before there were snacks in the loppy but now they stopped inaddition it was the first time I see a five star hotel without buisness center with pc and printer which I think its important .. Before I left this hotel wanting to come again but now wondering of there is better hotel worth what I payed ...

An excellent hotel, with charming and attentive staff. Great attention to detail at every level. We look forward to going back.

The room air-conditioning seemed to dry the air a lot: maybe there was a humidity control I didn't see.
