Location was great for my work (BMW),nice clean hotel Advertised as free wifi but (again ) not available ,hotel said (again)it was a Telecom fault ,minibar not switched on,desk light not working Restaurant service unbelievably slow (nearly 2 hours for a soup and main course )it is not acceptable really

Excellent Hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant and Bar Good value for money Located between the airport and the Leipzig Messe (Trade Fair and exhibition grounds) The Bar does not open until 20:00. However if you ask nicely, the receptionist will help out. If you do not have a car you have to rely on taxi service.

Breakfast is very good, even included sparkling wine and salted salmon. Breakfast room is located in a building nearby, when it is raining, it may be not really funny to reach the eating place.

We just needed a hotel near the airport as we arrived late and needed to collect a hire car next day. This hotel was well located. There were lovely grounds to stroll through in the morning.Excellent breakfast (the best I have had in Germany). Also there was a very nice bar. The rooms were a bit plain but the beds were comfortable.

Frühstücksbuffet und Zimmermädchn waren einwandfrei Verfügbarkei von Raucherzimmer Habe am 1. Tag die nicht funktionierende Heizung moniert. Am 2. Tag ebenfalls. Nach dem 3.Tag habe ich es aufgegeben, da die Rezeption anscheinend nicht in der Lage war, das Problem zu regeln.

Das Personal (Reception wie auch Reinigung) war sehr freundlich. Das die Busverbindung im Internet angepriesen wurden, dem ist nicht so, ja es gibt den Bus direkt vor der Tür, doch der fährt nicht regelmäßig, wenn er denn dann fährt.

Frühstück war sehr umfangreich Dass es nur einen Aufzug für das Gepäck gibt, dass auf dem Zimmer ein kleiner alter Röhren-TV steht, nicht zeitgemäß und hätte ich dort nicht mehr erwartet. Dusche undicht, mehr Wasser vor der Dusche als in der Dusche, für ausgiebiges Duschen wird nur eine kleine Tube Seife bereitgestellt, dies ist in anderen Hotel durch Spender besser gelöst, Frühstücksraum zu klein, man musste anstehen und auf einen Platz warten!!

Verkehrsgünstig an der A 14 gelegen Die Zimmerwände sind so dünn, das man die Nachbarn ohne Probleme reden und schnarchen hört. Alter Röhrenfernseher mit schlechten Bild, nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Het ontbijt was goed. Het hotel is gelegen aan de snelweg dus erg gemakkelijk. Er was een rustige plezierige sfeer.

Das a la Card essen im Restaurant, lange Wartezeit 1,5 Std bis das qualitativ sehr schlechte Essen kam, die Eismeergarnelen war optisch ungeniesbar, aus diesem Grund werde ich meinen Geschäftsfreunden raten, von diesem Hotel abstand zu nehmen.

Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit Die Lage: ohne Auto ist es KATASTROPHAL. Busse fahren bestenfalls stndlich, am Wochenende nur mit "Bestellung" und nur in eine Richtung (verstehen oder erklären konnte es keiner). Trotz geringer km-Distanz braucht man zur Messe oder ins Zentrum ca. 2 Std. pro Strecke. Zu Fuß ist es zu weit, es gibt keine für Fußgänger geeigneten Wege (nur Landstraße und/oder Felder und Äcker)

Freundliches Personal Ab 4.00 Uhr war die Heizung komplett kalt! Kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen! (draußen waren nur - 8°C) Beim bezahlen um 8.00 Uhr sagte man man wüßte es und es sollte behoben werden. Sorry aber von 4 Sternen erwarte ich mehr, zumindest eine Entschuldigung !!!!!! Preis direkt am Hotel 30 % teurer als über Internet. Habe mit dem Smartphone BEI der Anmeldung über booking das Zimmer angemeldet und den günstigeren Preis bekommen .... Kein Kommentar hierzu!

Großes Bad. Wir hatten,da wir mit zwei Babies gereist sind,ein superior studio gebucht. In der Beschreibung stand u.a. "28qm,Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer". Tatsächlich war es ein Raum mit Doppelbett,2Sesseln und Schreibtisch. Die Reisebetten der Kinder hatten gerade so Platz. Da hatten wir uns anhand der Beschreibung wirklich was anderes vorgestellt. Zudem hat uns sehr gestört,dass es nur eine große Zudecke gab. Ich finde,dass man darauf hingewiesen werden sollte. Auch die Flasche Wasser,die uns laut Beschreibung im Zimmer erwarten sollte,war nicht vorhanden. Der Fussboden im Zimmer wies große Staubflocken auf.

Da Hotel leigt abseits des Trubels, nach einem anstrengenden Messetag genau richtig. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 10 min in der City. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Empfehelnswert
