The location was perfect for the air terminal and for access to the city. The hotel was extremely comfortable.The staff were very friendly and welcoming giving us all the information we needed. If staying in Bremen we will definately book the Hiex!! |

I liked the personal at the reception who nothing but helpful all the time, and also flexible since that the booking system had some failure showing that only a single room was booked. However, presenting the booking confirmation solved all the problems and we got the two rooms at the same floor right next to each other as it should be. Even the receptionist apologized elegantly for the inconvenience. Real professional! Perhaps not the hotel is responsible, but the internet booking system apparently not flawless as it showed only one room at the reception yet I booked two. |

room was excellent. Quality, luxury, cleanliness; all was in perfect order because of the location a better facility for after hours food and better parking arrangements. Using the parking next to the hotel cost me 10 euro's even after validating my ticket at the reception |

The hotel is brand new, so it has all the modern comfort. Free internet access. The position close to the airport (5 min. walking). The breakfast buffet has everything. The temperature in the room was well regulated. |

The staff was excellent. Very helpful, professional and friendly. Room was very good. Great cleanineess. The restaurant needs a better breafast menu. (scrambled eggs) Also the hotel needs in house transporation from the airport to the hotel and back and possible set times to run to town and return to hotel. |

Staff was one of the best I have encountered for this size of hotel. Rooms very conf. and roomy. Hotel needs free trans to and from the airport and a set timed run to and from down town. Also scrambled eggs on the breakfest menu. I travel a lot and I think this will increase your business. I also am a business owner. I just can't spell. |

1 day business & 1 day sightseeing. The hotel is right beside the airport which has easy & simple tram to city centre. Everyone speaks some English and the staff were very helpful. |

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing, the staffs were excellent so the services rendererd. The staffs cared alot for ther guests and it was a very positive and proffesional atmosphere. Everything was very good at the hotel except there was no mini bar in the room, a refrigerator. And the ventilation system was difficult to operate or it was not working properly. |

Hotel moderno e molto bello, vicinissimo all'aereoporto, pur non essendo in posizione centrale è comodo perchè il centro si raggiunge in 10/15 minuti con il tram n. 6 che passa proprio lì vicino. Colazione molto buona. |
