Luxury and friendliness is a wonderful combination! The staff were charming, helpful and efficient. The free spa facilities were amazing - swimming outside in the heated pool in the evening was incredible. It was a great two nights - I wish I could have stayed a week!

we only stayed three nights but wished we could stay longer. We had a great, very friendly staff, fantastic spa area. Surely we will return. Internet very fast but very functional.

It was very elegant and lovely. It was also so very quiet, I slept like a baby. The private park setting is from days gone by and feels like living in a castle surrounded by forest. A rare experience in the middle of a busy city. Unfortunately I had an early flight and I needed a 6 a.m. Breakfast but the kitchen didn't open until 6:30.

Possibly the best hotel I have ever encountered in many years of travel. Beautifully furnished, spacious brightly lit rooms, elegant public areas, efficient and friendly staff and a wonderful setting in the midst of a park. A hotel like this is a more tourist oriented city would cost a mint....here in Bremen (which is a lovely city) it is so affordable.

Alles war hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.Der Wellnessbereich wundervoll. Der Fitnessbereich sehr schön und groß. Das Essen im Gourmetrestaurant traumhaft. Die Lage perfekt zur Stadt und erholsam, da der Park direkt vor der Türe liegt. Ein wahres 5 Sterne Hotel

Wir waren zum Joe Cocker Konzert in Bremen und hatten Eintrittskarten zu Hause vergessen., Das Haus hat sich maximal und mit Erfolg bemüht, das Einlassproblem zu lösen. Großes Kompliment. Das Personal insgesamt ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als Raucher haben wir es genossen, daß es die Cigar-Lounge gibt und dort auch spät noch Kleinigkeiten zu Essen angeboten werden.
