Best Western Hotel Schaper Siedenburg

I thought the room was very comfortable and was quite large; it was also a nice but unusal touch to find that the beds were electronically adjustable. Also breakfast was very good.

Although the room was large the bathroom was not, it was very clean but was tiny and I am not a large person but could only just fit in the shower (no bath) and keep banging my arms on the arm rail due to lack of space; the toilet was squeezed in next to the shower and even my wife a uk size 10 found it a tight fit and the tap over the sink was so large you could not rinse your face properly without it getting in the way. Other than the bathroom the hotel was great .

good offer/ price for the room, We got the room we had ask for which was nice. Coffee and bisquits in the entrance lobby. And what we liked very much was that the breakfast is included in the price.

Room service after our first night felt like only in and out, now 'fluffing' up the duvets or a nother bisquit on the pillow.

The location of this hotel is excellent as is the quality of the sevice and the rooms.

Nothing to not like

The location is twominutes from the train station and 5-10 minutes from the town square. Our room had a sekparate dressing room/ante room between the bathroom and the bedroom. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the rum cheese. It was possible to make coffee n the room, and coffee was also provided in the main lobby.

The elevator was a little slow.

Large room, good internet service, good breakfast

Checking-in was a breeze although I think 3pm is a bit late - noon is much better. Check-out can be earlier by 1hr if need be. Being able to store baggage for a little while was a great asset - reception staff were very obliging. I am also impressed by friendly and courteous kitchen staff during breakfast hours. Rooms were cleaned every day which is again very good.

The breakfast buffet and service in reception and breakfast room were excellent, fantastic. The items in breakfast table were marked clearly, healthy food was served also and the selection was huge, wide. The room was clean and big enough for 3 persons (deluxe room/ 2 rooms connected with door). Children were taken into account nicely everywhere.

The sound isolation of the windows and doors could have been better. By using ear plugs in the night, this was not really a problem.

Location was good as close to shops & sightseeing. Transport just outside the hotel & main station 5 min walk away.

There was no air conditioning & the floor standing fan was not adequate for the night. Opening the window not ideal as mosquito came in.

Breakfast was good and situation is perfect.

Though we only booked a normal size room, we were so lucky to get a big apartment, which was super.

The breakfast was excellent and location was OK, near city center. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The shower almost did not work, the water flow was really weak. At night the hall way was very noisy. Surroundings are not idea for young children. Lot of homeless right outside of the hotel.

Exelent.The best ,what I have seen in Germany, for so small money.Good location.

Probable we got better room as we expected- 2 separate rooms plus kitchenunit, plant in guestroom (first time in my hotelexperience;)) and piquant component- door of glass to bathroom. Of course excellent location of hotel.

There was 2 buildings and to get for early breakfast in the morning, must go outside from one building to other.
