We stayed in a large double room which had 2 single beds pushed together, a tv, closet and enough space. The bathroom was fine with a large shower. Wireless internet was great, just ask for the password from the reception. We arrived early and it was no problem for the staff. Very good service with a 24hour reception. The hotel is near the train station so this is not a 5 star hotel and you might walk past one or two 'interesting' people. However, this would not put me off staying there again as it is good value, extremely central to the main train station and the bus station. |

Within easy walking distance of central train station. I did not feel totally safe in this area. Numerous prostitutes were on the streets as well as many people who are the kind I would normally avoid. |

The room is not clean. When you move the curtain, there is a lot of dust that makes you feel unconfortable and cough. |

The speaking English of the hotel staff is very good, however the shower facility is not very convinient for me. For a tourist in Hamburg, it is very easy to find the hotel, it is just between the ZOB and DB. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. Set on a side street near the main bus and train station, making the rest of Hamburg very accessible. |

The staff were friendly & spoke good English. the location is great, as it is right next to the main station. Would suit back packers/budget travellers, as the facilities are a bit basic. But that is what I was looking for when I booked If you stay on the ground floor then it can be noisy with people coming & going. |

Its location is very convenient, very nice due to the nearby Asian quarter, (but not for letting your kid play on the street), so one may happily avoid the breakfast for an extra 5 euro at the hotel and eat outside. |

There are many girls on the street of the hotel almost pulling you to come and stay with them for the night. I was late for breakfast the next morning cos I had not changed my time to German time so the staff would not prepare one for me insisting I was late. |

Hotel was very close to train station and city centre. Bathroom was clean. - cigarette smell everywhere in the hotel - bed, especially the blanket too small for two persons (double room) - room was not clean, including bed - shady side street |

Handy to main station, good price, bathroom was newly renovated, helpful staff. Air was a little stale in the room when we first in - clearly not a non-smokers room. |

2 min walk to central train station and 4 min to shopping street. 4 time we tried my Gold credit card....it didn't work. I looked Bank machine and paid cash. It was crazy!!!!!!!!!! |

The location was very good, and the people at the reception were helpful. The room was relatively clean, but a bit shabby - the bedsheets had cigarette burns, there were spiders in the room, and the decor was a flashback to the 70's - as were the (shared) bathrooms. I got value for my money, but people looking for quality over price should steer clear. |

Friendly hotel staff. Very close to the central station and the city centre. The bathrooms were very nice. The sourrounding area has a lot of porn shops etc. It was a quite calm street though, but some people may want to take this in consideration. |
