Attentive and helpful staff. Room clean but stairways mattress not spanking fresh. The soundproofing is not good. I was awaken several times by my next room neighboors who were a family with kids who didn't sleep all night. Also on my previous stay I was bothered by the lack of soundproofing. The beds are a bit stiff for my preference, but this is obiviously a matter of personal taste. |

The grounds of the hotel were very relaxing and inviting. The room I stayed in was basic but comfortable. I wouldn't plan to visit at a time when it isn't possible to be outside. There aren't a lot of amenities inside the hotel. |

Friendly staff, nice location in a forest just outside of Kaiserslautern centre. Free WiFi, but very weak connection in the particular room I had. There were pretty much overhearing between the rooms. Luckily, the neighbours were not too loud, but I still heard them more than I would have liked. |

We arrived after 21:00 due to bad weather but the hotel staff were ready for us and we had a lovely evening meal. |

Very quiet location, deep in a park isolated from the rest of Kaiserslautern. The hotel is a bit of an afterthought on the restaurant and beer garden. However, the rooms are newly decorated and very clean, and the service was attentive and helpful. |

location, pleasant atmosphere, friendliness of staff perhaps we do not understand the cost or inconvenience of using charge cards- but a server in the restaurant did not want to use our credit card for an 11 euro tab for drinks. I was able to pay cash - but I was trying to save my cash for those occasions where credit cards were not accepted. The server said it was not worth it to charge such a small amount... |

The staff were very helpful, the room was fresh and clean and the Biergarten had a lovely family atmosphere. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be back- we didn't want to leave! |

sehr schönes, komfortables Zimmer mit schönem, großem Badezimmer, ruhige Lage in einer Waldlichtung, sehr schöner Biergarten Das Treppenhaus ist einem schlechten Zustand. Die Federbetten sind nicht zeitgemäß. |
