Staff, location, facilities, luxury, elegance, wintergarden restaurant, cocktail bar, piano bar, sauna, garden, bathroom, service, swimming pool, atmosphere, prestige, interior.

Walls in room are not soundproof, you could here every word the neighbouring guests said. Altough the underground parking garage is from the hotel itself, you have to pay 24 euros per day extra to use it. Charging 30 euros per person per breakfast buffet is really over the top. This you don't expect from a luxury hotel like this, especially with these room rates and the buffet offered which is not more special than at another hotel of this price range.

We travelled with our 4 months old baby. Service, quality of the food and the facilities was very good. Attention to details was excellent as expected. Spa facilities are clean and well maintained.

Luxury Comfortable Catered to Expensive Great pool Especially "Julie" at reception

Wish it were located right in center of town Staff may find it difficult to cater to styles of both more relaxed North/South Americans and more traditional Germans. Requires brilliant emotional intelligence/flexibility and some better at this than others.

It is very grand and in an ideal location if you want to visit Baden Baden

The cost does not match the experience. Everything is done right but I have had much better experiences for a lot less money. Also the hotel website is misleading regarding the spec of the rooms - the cheapest room shown is a Classic double which is described as having a balcony. Our room did not have a balcony and when we queried this we were told our room was a 'superior double' - cheaper apparently than a Classic we thought we had booked (but at 330 euros a night !!). When I pointed out the website problem they were very apologetic and upgraded us to a junior suite which was very nice - but at 1800 euros a night it needs to be !. The hotel is quite old fashioned and looking tired (E.G. threadbare Carpet on the internal stairs). The spa/pool area though is very modern and superbly equipped. Overall very expensive and not value for money in my opinion.

設備は素晴らしいですが、宿泊客もいかにもセレブリティーな雰囲気をかもし出されている方ばかりでそれなり- のいでたちをしていかないと気恥かしいくらいです。部屋は5階でしたが広さは普通のホテルとさほど変わりま- せんでした。とにかくスパやプールやジムが充実しています。レストランもたくさんあり星付きのレストランで- す。サロンでは生ピアノが演奏されて賑わっています。宮殿のような造りで独特な高貴な雰囲気のホテルです。-

Absolut guter Service, saubere Zimmer, es gab für mich keine Beanstandung. Park-Restaurant einfach ein genuss, lockere Baratmosphäre.
