Staff was extremely helpful. Only problem was parking in/out of parking garage- which is to be expected in such a prime location. Hotel was clean/comfortable and ideally located. Actually ended up staying extra night. Will definitely stay here again on another trip to Cologne- great value |

Friendly and confortable. Good location, near by the Dom Cathedral/Centrum. I went by car, but the Traim/Metro station is also near by the hotel. Good breakfast. The lift is too small, but you can use the stairs. I stayed for 3 nights, just in the last night the staffs of bath were changed. There are parking space available with reservation, is quite expensive, 15 euros per day, therefore I aware about it. |

Hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Also is very close to the Dom Cathedral and Xmas Markts. Room may be noisy if windows in room are opened, as it is near train station. |

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms, good breakfast. Excellent location, straight across from the main train station, close to everything. Could see the Dom from my room. Fairly modest rooms, but definitely value for money. Will stay there next time I go to Cologne. |

We stayed in the quadruple room and it had a wonderful view, was right next to the train station, and had a good breakfast. It was perfect! The elevator is very small and scary, but you can survive with the steps. |

Very helpful & kind stuff, near the shops & railway station, very clean & tranquil. The breakfast rich & fresh. To change the pillows with the regular type & the liquid for hair & body with regular shampoo & regular soap. Dispite that, everything was very good. |

Friendly welcome and spacious four bedded family room with a rooftop terrace and spectacular nightime view over the station to the cathedral. The old town, the river, shopping, and restaurants are all within a stones throw of the hotel. A small hotel but very comfortable and well run. Best without a car. No parking at the hotel, and local parking is expensive. |

The rooms were pretty good and very clean, really impressed with the bathrooms and the decor of everything. It's a good hotel for an overnight stay when traveling by train (which we did). Breakfast was decent, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location across from train station and by the cathedral for shopping and eating out. Hallway floor looked a bit dodgy (warped) and that lift was only a two person...scary! Lol! But it works... Bit loud traffic I.e; people, trains and traffic but to be expected right there at the roundabout and station. The windows luckily shut out all noise. |

The hotel is great value: very friendly staff, really nice breakfast in this price category, spotlessly clean rooms. Also, free Internet on two Macs in the lobby is a big plus. It's just on the side to the train station (not the side where all the attractions are, but it's just a short walk across the terminal). I felt safe and comfortable there as a solo female traveler. All in all, a good bet for a brief stay, esp, if it's important to be near the station. |

Helpful, friendly staff. Rooms are small and simple but clean. Hotel is situated right next to the Hauptbahnhof and the Dom. Great rates for a hotel on this location. Parking nearby only in public garages for €10 - €15 per day (for longer stays, recommend free parking at one of the P+Rs outside the city). No airconditioning (outside door and window can be opened, but brings lots of traffic noise). Very small two-person elevator. |
