Centrally located in this charming town. Very capable and helpful staff.

The Hotel was very good as all respect.

1.Location is right on the center sopt of the town, excellent! 2. Some of the receptionist behind the front desk were very helpful, especially the young man on duty the day of 4/08, the lady on duty the day and night of 4/08!!!

1. Once up to the room at the 2nd floor, it's spacious but not designed properly at all! There's no match with the ground floor at all! "Too much simplicity" is the only and perfect word to describe the room, even more, the jaccuzi bathtub was not function, and the front desk replied as " It's no need, because the temperature is good!" ??? confused us indeed! And there's 2 small square plastic cover on the side of bathtub easily falling opened on the floor, exposing the not so clean tubing and piping inside.

The glass of Champagne on arrival and the friendly welcome were very nice. The building is interesting and the location is fantastic - in the middle of things but away from the rail line noise.

A minor comment - the rooms in the out-building are warm, large and clean, but they are so 'modern' as to feel a bit sparse. A rug on the floor and a brighter picture on the wall would have made it feel less like a prison cell.

It was a quick business trip and the staff made it all happen with minimum effort.

Absolutly everything!! This hotel was so nice we didnt want to leave. Privately owned hotel right in the middle of shopping, restaurants, bars, and the Mechanical Music Museum is just up the block 25 yards from the entrance to the hotel. Perfect location! Everything was so close by foot. We also were welcomed by the most wonderful front desk staff "Sabastian" welcomed us immediately to the dinning room upon entering the hotel for some sparkling water while he took our bags to the room. We ate breakfast and a nice snack there in the hotel and it was so delicious. Also you are about a 3 min walk from the hotel to the kd boat line for the Rhine Cruises. So convienient and nice. I would love to return for a longer stay to enjoy the Winery Ski lift ride just near this hotel. Dont stay anywhere else but here!

Welcome champaign was very nice. Restaurant was very accommodating with great atmosphere, and classy music in the evening. Room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The first night we stayed, the restaurant was too busy for us to go in without a reservation. Since we had a young child with us, we couldn't wait too long. The staff recommended us a restaurant in town, so we went there. The restaurant was so good! The best meal we had in this trip. The breakfast at the hotel was really nice. The room was really spacious. It was facing the restaurant/courtyard where nightly live music was being played. We were a bit concerned with the noise but the thick window took care of it. (Had it been too hot with the window being closed, we would've had an issue, however.)

My great choice for the 1st night stay during our 2 weeks of driving tour. They have parking lots right in front of their hotel. Providing welcome wine. Their garden restaurant has live band playing old good songs, guests dancing in the garden. Breakfast included in their room rate and you can enjoy again of their beautiful garden again, but in a quiet way. Amusing experience I will definitely come back again.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Rudesheim am Rhein. Very friendly staff with beautiful accommodations.

We have stayed here many times as it is just a really good location right in the centre of Rudesheim and links into the the main street Always friendly and very busy

Had a fantastic room with a balcony overlooking their lovely patio where food and drink are served. Bathroom was enormous, beds were comfortable and all was immaculately clean. No aircon but a fan was provided which we prefer. Breakfast was good with fresh eggs cooked to order and the usual German fare of cold meats, cheese, cereals, fresh bread and cakes. We did not eat an evening meal here but the food looked good and it was certainly very popular. Excellent wine list as you would expect with many wines coming from the family vineyards. There is low key live music here at lunchtime, and a group playing in the evening; audience are encouraged to participate. The patio was very popular with groups from the cruise liners which all seem to pull in to Rudesheim and there was some noise, but all quiet by midnight. Location is excellent; just off the famous Drosselgasse with most things in very easy walking distance.

Service was maybe a little slow at times but the patio was very busy and staff were working hard at all times to fulfill orders.
