Very nice breakfast. The room is really clean. The toilet and shower spaces are very small. |

The hotel was very clean and new. the fact tha you use the facilities of the big hotel next to it is really good. Even though it is 10 mins by bus from Central Station the area is very industrial and the busses during the weekend don't run frequently. Ask for a timetable from reception. |

The rooms are all triple rooms, with two single beds and an upper single bunk bed, however it's all very tasteful and the two single beds at the bottom can be joined together with no problems. Excellent hot and strong shower. Nice flat screen tv and plenty of storage space. Free to use safe which is good and there is a fridge. Access to the swimming pool and sauna is also a bonus. The sauna was not working the whole time of our stay and there are no signs or notices to say it's out of order or when it is functioning. Pool was very clean and had a very nice view of the river but was not fully functioning (I.E. was abit too cool and jets not working). |

Very nice reception (in Holiday Inn). They check me in around 11am without any problems. Good windows - no any noise from the street. On the main corridors all the time was the food smell. Fortunately only on the hotel corridors (not in the room) |

It was clean and furniture was new. Price was decent. There was no A/C and it was very hot. The phone did not work, it was impossible to make outside calls no matter which way I tried. Internet was not working until the last day. Beds were too small. |

Hotel has ridiculous layout. According to staff all rooms have 3 beds - one is a bunkbed, the other 2 squished together. The bathroom & shower only have a glass panel in front - zero privacy! Also very, very, very small approximately 14m2 in total. Attached & managed by the holiday inn, who is more than happy to upgrade you to one of their rooms for 3x the price. |

A travelodge/etap type hotel with the benefits of 4* facilities The only downside was the lack of air conditioning - we were in Hamburg during some of the hottest days of the year. Air conditioning would have made sleep more comfortable. |
