I liked the lounge room most. There is a TV, balcony, sofas, wc - very convienient, because the room we were living living was a tiny one. |

I've booked a 3beds room for me and my husband and still have not enough space, the room for 3 is ok, but only for 1 night. there was free wifi, we had a refrigerator and a safe in our room. the reception is a few blocks from the hotel, but that wasn't a problem. for those who have enough time there is free entrance at the pool (ask at the hotel reception). Access to the city center it's ok if you drive in, i don't know about the public transport. room for 3 people is smaller than in the pictures, the toilet ventilation is a little noisy and hardly takes effect. |

I would never recommend this hotel - compering to its price the standard was too low: close to the highway-no air conditioning-open widnow- very loud. The room was too tiny: no separate toilet, the shower is just behind the door. Double room is too small even for one person. To check in, you must go to Holiday Inn Hotel next door. The staff at reception desk was not helpful at all with information how to get to the city center. |

nearby center of Hamburg - okay facilities regarding to the payment. Lovely and fresh coulores. The toiletfacilities - would like to be able to cloose the door - not only a shelter of glass. |

The hotel was very clean and new. the fact tha you use the facilities of the big hotel next to it is really good. Even though it is 10 mins by bus from Central Station the area is very industrial and the busses during the weekend don't run frequently. Ask for a timetable from reception. |

The rooms are all triple rooms, with two single beds and an upper single bunk bed, however it's all very tasteful and the two single beds at the bottom can be joined together with no problems. Excellent hot and strong shower. Nice flat screen tv and plenty of storage space. Free to use safe which is good and there is a fridge. Access to the swimming pool and sauna is also a bonus. The sauna was not working the whole time of our stay and there are no signs or notices to say it's out of order or when it is functioning. Pool was very clean and had a very nice view of the river but was not fully functioning (I.E. was abit too cool and jets not working). |

Very nice reception (in Holiday Inn). They check me in around 11am without any problems. Good windows - no any noise from the street. On the main corridors all the time was the food smell. Fortunately only on the hotel corridors (not in the room) |

Sehr, sehr sauber!!!! Leider wird der Kühlschrank zu warm, man kann nix in den Schrank darüber legen ohne das es sehr warm wird (Lebensmittel, Handy o. ä.). |

Die Möglichkeit der Nutzung des Spa-Bereiches im HolidayInn und das üppige Frühstücksangebot für eigentlich "kleines" Geld. Die direkte Toilettenbegehung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. |

Die Zimmer sind klein, aber für einen Städtetripp vollkommen ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sauber. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Internetanschluss und man kann das Schwimmbad benutzen. Das Frühstück im Holliday Inn ist lecker und vielseitig. Am Hotel kann man kostenlos parken. Mit dem Bus fährt man ca. 5 min. bis zum Hauptbahnhof . |

Zimmer war ok, kein Luxus, aber zum schlafen reicht es mehr als aus. Wer den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und nur zum schlafen aufs Zimmer geht, fuer den genuegt es. Ausserdem gibt es ein Kuehlschrank auf dem Zimmer, was sehr prakttisch ist, wenn man kein Fruehstueck inkl. hat (fuer das kleine Buget sehr postiv) !!! Nicht so pralle ist, dass das Fruehstueck im Nachbarhotel ist. Gerade in der Woche treffen verschiedene Clientels aufeinander (Geschaefstleute auf Fussballfans...), welches nicht immer ganz einfach ist, man kommt sich fehl am Platz vor!! |

Proche du centre avec possibilité de parking. Accès gratuit aux équipements de l'Holiday Inn voisin (sauna, piscine, gymnase,...), très beau buffet au déjeuner. Il n'y a pas de porte à la salle de bain. Ceci est très désagréable quand on doit aller aux toilettes de nuit car alors tant la lumière, que les bruits (et les odeurs) réveillent les autres compagnons de chambre. |

ottimo hotel, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del pullman per il centro, ottima la colazione, staff gentile, camera pulita e bello l'arredamento, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo l'unico neo: camera minuscola, ma i giovani, o se il soggiorno è breve ci si può adattare. |
