Absolute pleasure to stay at the Bristol. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was exceptional, and the general ambiance was comfortable and modern. The lobby was sometimes a little too much like a club or bar.

Rooms were clean and well laid out. Did not like the fact that smoking is still allowed in bar given that most countries in EU have banned it in public places. All downstairs stank of stale tobacco including my clothes.

Website says you can checkin at 2pm. Arrived a little earlier than that to be told no room until 3pm. Not actually ready until 3-45pm!

Staff helpful + friendly. Breakfast good. Nice rooms. Stylish hotel. Will be nice in summer when one can eat breakfast in the beer garden beside breakfast room. Was a busy weekend so alot of ppl in breakfast room when I stayed there.

Food and bar service was excellent. Elevator door took about 2 minutes to close, telephone in my room didn't work and hairdryer cut off after about 2 minutes.

Front office woman - can't remember her name but she spoke Italian (and English and German) was very nice - give her a raise! Location was great, clean nice room - a bit small but it worked fine. Breakfast buffet was superb!

We arrived early and the room we had booked was ready, and we were able to check in. Room was big enough, with a well set out bathroom (little shampoos and conditioners are a small addition, but important). Breakfast was phenominal...! Staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful with restaurants and things to do around Frankfurt. Proximity to the train station was great as this is how we arrived and departed, also proximity to town was good, not too close. The pillows could have been a bit better.

I like my sgl room - spacy enough for small sgl room, breakfast - very big choice for the 3* hotel and good quality of dishes, breakfast room - big and good decorated, helpfull stuff, comfortable bed. It was a bit cold in the room, I suffered from a lack of chair in the entrance hall and took the only one from the room.

Breakfast was really good There was just one girl at the reception when I came to pick up my luggage. My taxi was waiting and the girl was not in hurry she was checking out someone. It is OK, but I were waiting for so long even after she checked out the guy. At end she gave me the lugguage but I paid extra 5 Euros for the taxi. It should be more staff at the reception at least for such a simple actions like giving out the luggage.

My room was small but comfortable, right near the main train station and many other amenities. It is also close to the exhibition centre, about a 10 - 15 minute walk. The free internet was also good. The staff were very helpful.
