It was unbearably hot and I was thankful that you had a powerful fan in the room for us, though it was still hot. Your breakfast selections were excellent. I was grateful that you had a room for us before 15:00 since we came in around 13:30. For us, it would've been nice if there was air conditioning in the rooms. Even though it's no smoking, if you leave windows opened, we can smell awful smoke coming from below. We had to close windows, which made the room awful hot!!!!!!!! |

The proximity to the train station is key. Air conditioning is key. Having the window open onto the street was loud and still uncomfortably hot. If it's in the rest of the hotel... get it into the rooms! Would not stay there again because of that. |

The hotel was well located & offered good value for money. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The cocktail bar was excellent with the staff very helpful & entertaining, I would highly reccommend the cocktail bar in the evening. |

There was no air conditioning!!! I was there during a severe heat wave. Because of the heat, I was forced to stay at the Pure hotel a few buildings down the street. I personally do not deal well with heat, but that still wouldn't stop me from recommending this hotel to a friend. If it were a cooler time of year I would 100% stay here again. |

I loved how close it was to the main train station in Frankfurt and the decor was top notch. I felt like the rooms were long but narrow which made it a little tricky to get around with my big suitcase. |

The staff is amazing. They were as helpful as anyone could be. The location made it easy for us to navigate trains and busses. The summer room, an outdoor garden area, where one could take their breakfast was especially nice. The only downfall is lack of air conditioning. It was way to hot in our room. Maybe a second fan or larger fan would have helped. |

Location (very near to train station), breakfast (frankly, the best in all similar class of hotels I've ever stayed in Europe; also like the idea to have breakfast in a small garden), design (like the contemporary and boutique-design; like the generous sofa seats in the lobby) and front desk staff service level are excellent. The wifi connections had improved from my recent experience (Previously, I'd encountered frequent dropped line). If there is an option for air-con room especially during the summer will be a plus. If there is free mini-bar (Excelsior Hotel gives free mini-bar) will be plus plus. If there is a vending machine selling snacks, canned coffee, instant noodle, etc will be plus plus plus.... |

This hotel is very well located for Frankfurt main train station and only 10 mins walk from the old town and cathedral. The breakfast buffet was vey good indeed. The piped music was intrusive and very loud in the bar area. |
