A személyzet nagyon barátságos.Fiatalok,energikusak,rugalmasak.A hotel fekvése ideális,könnyen elérhető 3 perc sétával Frankfurt "üzleti" negyede.Nyüzsgő nagyváros közepén található,de éjszaka mégis csendes.A reggeli büfé minden igényt kielégít.Tetszett! A szoba nagyon kicsi.Az ágy mellett a falig,kb. 60 cm van.A szoba talán 1,5 méter széles(szűk)!A fürdö is nagyon kicsi!A toalett alig használható.(223-as szoba)Sajnos nem klímatizált. |

close to downtown, train station, decent breakfast & nice staff. Hotel was overbooked, was downgraded to very small single but given drink vouchers. Parking was a 20 euro deposit and 15 euro next day., very confusing down the street parking garage. Use parking on the street on weekends. |

It is very close to the Fair and to the Main station. It is in a good district - I mean not in the red light district. It was posh some time ago but know the black/white carpet is dirty, sofas in a room are not clean. You feel cigarette smoke all over the hote. We tried two room and these comments are relevant to both rooms. |

The breakfast. It is very confortable to have breakfast in hotel (included). The place is very nice and clean. The bathroom. It is very small, with only one small soap (we were two), and the shower box had half glass. |

The reception staff were very helpful. Elisabeth (I think ) went out of her way to locate a self service laundry for us nearby using internet and phone. The breakfast was of good quality and variety and the room spacious, modern and comfortable. It can be a little noisy as it is quite near the Frankfurt main rail station but the windows are double glazed. |

The breakfast buffet and bar food, drinks and staff was good. No A/C which you needed as having the windows open to receive air is not plausible because of early morning traffic noise. The single room should be described more as I had to upgrade because it was so small. |
