A simpatia e disponibnilidade dos funcionários. Ambiente e conforto do hotel muito bons. Na altura que utilizei o Hotel, achei ter um preço bastante excessivo. |

Excellent staff providing much more than 3 star service. I was several times surprised about quality and friendliness of staff and felt like in a 5star hotel. Well done !! |

I'm not sure which Bristol I am rating. We stayed at two, one in Zurich and one in Frankfurt. The Bristol in Frankfurt rates much higher on my list than the one in Zurich. The staff was so friendly and helpful in Frankfurt. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was excellent. I would stay there again. |

Unbelievable!! This hotel's staff lost my room's key and they didn't believe me. My wife and I am very sure, we handed the key for hotel staff at reception. But they said "maybe, the key is in your room." "did you find the key?" very frequently. I regret to say I can not give any point for this hotel. The room's key is importance from security reason. And it is importance to believe the guest. |

everything was there one would need for a short stay, food was very good rooms need a proper shower curtain - too much water on the floor after every shower; stains on the carpet - for a newer hotel it was not acceptable; front desk staff was helpful but not very knowlegable about the city |
