Brunnen Apartments - Engelfittich

We booked two appartments and both were very well equiped, clean and large enough for young people to hang out. I recommend this accommodation a lot. The staff was friendly. Prepare 10€ for deposit for a key and be aware of the fact that you will not be able to smoke neither in the room nor in the yard. But that does not matter so much. The location is perfect, ubahn station just in front of the appartment, bar and restaurants in walkable distance. Excellent place to stay while in Berlin.

Impossibility of smoking in the room or yard.

I stay there 12 nights and I feel very comfortable with excellent staffs, excellent location and one organic shop downstairs where is offering warm healthy fresh and delicious cooking food. Thank you!

Wooden floor make noise sometime.

The apartment was very convenient, close to the U-bahn and within walking distance of shops, bars and interesting sites. It was big enough for 7 adults, with plenty of space for hanging out together in the kitchen and the living room.

There is only one bathroom, which occasionally became an issue.

Very convenient location, metro stop is just outside the apartment entrance. Apartment is big and comfortable. All together, good experience.

Well stocked kitchen, apart from the hob not being connected due to the possibility of fusing all lights. Good heating. Helpful staff.

Untidy courtyard, dirty hall and stairs, internal doors not closing, dusty rooms, £15 final cleaning charge not declared on booking, mildewed grouting in bathroom, patches of paint missing from windows. Generally neglected apartment.

Good location, metro station in front of the house. The Berlin Wall museum is close by.

The place is unfortunately not very quiet. In warm weather the only way to cool the apartment is to keep the windows open. But then u hear everything from the courtyard. The apartment is in a Yoga-center (could be a positive thing)

Nice and clean

There was no owen, and the garden is for the complex and not to the appartement, wich would be nice when you are travelling with small children. The internet is very unstabil and the staff can be hard to reach

A small but cozy European style apartment. The towels and sheets were clean. There was always hot and cold water and the water was drinkable. It was quiet (except for the stairwell). It had a small fridge to keep our foods cold. There was a bakery about a 1 minute walk away that was great for breakfast. You could also reach where the wall was in about a 2 min walk. The subway entrance was almost directly in front of the building

There was some noise from the stairwell when people would walk up and down, but it was never after 22:30.

la ubicación está bien porque está cerca de una boca de metro y a unos metros hay toda una parte historica sobre el muro. El apart-hotel tiene de todo, la calefación muy bien sobretodo con las temperaturas frias de allí!

las ventanas no tienen ni persianas ni cortinas para tapar la luz, entonces te despiertas con el alba!

Costa poco; vicinissimo alla fermata della metro a 2 fermate dal Alexanderplatz, ma a Berlino la rete di trasporto è molto capillare; bagno e riscaldamenti ok. Se si hanno pochi soldi (e pochissime pretese) va benissimo

Cortile di accesso all'appartamento e rampa di scale sono imbarazzanti, in 4 persone si sta stretti nei letti (un matrimoniale piccolo senza reti e un divano); l'appartamento non rispecchia fotografie contenute su booking. Sembrano appartamenti abusivi.

Отличное месторасположение, метро 6-7 м, рядом продуктовые супермаркеты, нормальная цена

Кровать на подиуме 1.2м залезать по лесенке, некоторым может быть неудобно

zona excepcional, muy bien ubicado.

las fotografias de vuestra web no tienen nada que ver con el apartamento. baño correcto, cocina correcta pero no hay camas. una de ellas( la de matrimonio) es una plataforma alta com un colchon tirado en el medio. la otra es un sofa en medio de un comedor frio y sucio. el apartamento es un Zulo. yo siempre viajo con ustedes y no me habia pasado nunca. de echo pude comprobar que el apartamento de enfrente era totalmente diferente, era como el de la web

Meget slidt, ikke et billede på vægge. ussel sofa, meget knirkende gulv.intet der kunne gøre lejligheden hyggelig.Dør kunne ikke lukkes rigtigt. Alt for dyr for hvad vi fik.

L'appartement est situé dans le quartier Mitte ce qui est super car c'est en centre de la ville, de plus il se trouve juste en face de la station de métro qui se trouve entre 5 et 10 minutes du centre. Il est meme possible d'y aller a pied pour faire une petite balade.

L'appartement semblais a peu pres propre, en revanche les draps de bains et les couvertures avaient des odeurs particulières. L'appartement est plutot simple mais vu les tarifs pratiqués cela me parait normal.

La posizione, si trova a 30 m dalla metropolitana U8 e vicino al mercato delle pulci "mercato del muro"

Non funziona il wifi di internet. Non si accettano carte di credito.

Le prix est definitivement bas. L'appartement, est tres basique, mais grand.

Nous etions 3, il y avait un lit double et un canapé. Attention a bien appeler la personne 15 minutes avant d'arriver, pour la remise des clés. Personnel tres correct, mais assez froid

Auf der Website sind mehrere Bilder der Appartments Brunnen Engelfittich zu sehen, aber man kann schlecht zwischen den einzelnen Appartments unterscheiden, daher weiss man nicht genau im voraus, wie das gebuchte Appartment wirklich aussehen wird.

Det var en lejlighed i et alm boligkvarter. U-Bahn lige udenfor, men lejlighed lå i gården, absolut ingen støj. Ingen luksus, men det der skal være, rent og pænt, fint lille køkken og supermarked lige i nærheden. Lidt svært at finde, da der ikke skiltes. Bemærk, ingen TV eller Radio.

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione strepitosa davanti la fermata della metro linea U8, molto riscaldato e con una doccia fantastica. Peccato però che povero di alcuni confort : non ha praticamente stoviglie per cucinare, non ha le tende alle finestre e soprattutto non funzionava la linea WI-FI a dovere!!! Abbiamo provato a contattare la proprietaria ma non ci rispondeva mai. Se però non hai esigenze di cucinare, ti svegli all'alba e non ti interessa internet ti consiglio questo appartamento perché centralissimo ed economico.

La cercania de estos departamentos de una estación del metro (U-bahn) de ahi a la Marienplatz como a 15 minutos. .

La ubicación de estos departamentos esta bastante retirado de los atractivos turisticas de Berlin, además en los alrededores no se encuentran buenos supercamercados.

L'appartement est assez grand et lumineux et bien localisé.

Le canapé lit et le tapis n'étaient pas propres. Pas de télévision ni de machine à laver dans l'appartement.
