I like the warmness of the staff and the location of the hotel as you could go everywhere in the city with an easy transportation through the near by bus stop or tram and also taxi. I really would like to come back to this hotel whenever I am coming to Essen. Just the size of the single room was not very big. |

The room was clean and breakfast was good. Although the staff were friendly, they didn't speak much English (if any!) so was very difficult to communicate. |

It was a little basic but clean, staff were friendly. quite noisy with the tram on the road and some bars opposite. Generally good value for money though. It was a bit noisy, but manageable with earplugs. |

I was amazed of the high standard, unexpectedly. I just came from a 4+ star hotel in Cologne which was very poor and unsatisfactory. Brunnen was far better than this, and very good for being a 2 star hotel. |

Personnels are not good at English but helpful. Couldn't pay by credit card even though they had CAT because the receptionist didn't know how to use it. Booking.com should confirm the payment method. |

Die Lage/Nähe zur Messe, 2Stationen von der U-Bahn entfernt, vis a vis gleich ein Restaurant und den Edeka auf der anderen Strassenseite, alles beisammen, super. Keine Möglichkeit, heisse Schokolade zum Früchstück zu konsumieren. Das Früchstücksbuffet wurde zu selten wieder aufgefüllt mit Speisen/Getränken. |

Es fällt mir schwer, etwas positives hervorzuheben, da die Kritik überwiegt. Relativ günstig ist die Lage zum Messegelände. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis während Messen ist völlig überzogen!!!! (dreifacher Normalpreis). Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist sehr einfach. Zwischen den beiden Übernachtungen wurde das Zimmer erst nach Aufforderung (19.00 Uhr) aufgeräumt und gereinigt. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral gelegen, auch ohne Auto kommt man sehr leicht, z.b. Hauptbahnhof ist eine Haltestelle vom Hotel entfernt, Büsse und Straßenbahn ist in der Nähe des Hotels. Messe Gruga ist sehn Minuten entfärnt. Philharmonie ist in der Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht zu helfen. Das Frühstück ist okey.Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. |

Nette Leute an der Rezeption, zentrale Lage, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hervorragend zu erreichen, viele Lokale und Restaurants aller Richtungen und Preisklassen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel. Tram vor dem Haus, in manchen Zimmern etwas laut.Mobiliar und sanitäre Einrichtung dringend renovierungsbedürftig (Renovierung läuft). |
