The staff were helpful the room was comfortable and location great

No complaints it was what we expected and was value for money

It was quick visit but I felt it was good stay because room was clean, facility was well equipped, very quiet, private parking and nice breakfast.

Breakfast is quite ok, rooms are spacious, bathroom too. Very calm place if you want to sleep like a baby.

The recepcionist didnt want to open bar at 21.20, but on the bar door was printed that it is opened till 22.00. When we asked her why she will not open it, she said that she already cleaned whole bar, and that it is late to open. Internet connection was very unstable, I had to come in lobby if I wanted to be online more than 1 minute. We didnt have any english spoken channel.

Good location - excellent breakfast

No air conditioning and wifi didn't work.

Very friendly staff and nice ambiente with good breakfast. Main advantage, though, is the superb location, as the hotel is only 300 meters from the spa centre ( swimming, sauna etc.) and only a very short distance (in the other direction) from the town centre. We have previously stayed in big, chain hotels in Bad Nauheim, but this was the best hotel we have stayed in to date in the town.

There is unfortunately a major building project going on right next to the hotel. Most of the basic structural work is, however, done so what is now being undertaken is fitting out etc. This inevitably leads to some noise, but only during the day. Another problem could be people arriving (unlike us) by car. The hotel officially has ten car parking spaces available, but these are in a very tight area immediately at the back of the hotel, which itself set in a very narrow alleyway off the main road. Some skilful driving therefore called for to make use of the parking spaces!

Hoewel maar één nacht hier doorgebracht was het (weer ) een genoegen. De leiding en het (weinige) personeel zijn uitermate klantvriendelijk.

Matratze war durchgelegen, Teppichboden hatte flecken,wc-Sitz abgenutzt leicht gelb ,im Eingangs Bereich intensiver Rauch Geruch wenig Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel!

Dunkle Zimmer, alte Möbel, Löcher in Laken und Bettwäsche, muffiger Geruch in den Zimmern, sehr schlechtes Mobilnet (t-mobile), sehr schlechte Internetverbindung (Smartphones)

Sehr schönes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück. sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.
