Very cloe to Hannover Messe Breakfast was included in price, but we feel that price for breakfast was too high in comparison to what really was provided by apartment's landlord.

The location The apparment isnt for renting people living there and just leaving it for the expo the quality of bed is horrible they left their staff and just left the house the rpice was crazy 260 euro

מיקום מצויין, צוות נעים ומסביר פנים שסיפק מידע טוב לגבי העיר. מטבח הדירה היה לא נקי ולא נעים, לא בוצע נקיון בדירה בכל ימי השהייה. ארוחת בוקר דלה.טלוויזיה לא פעלה. מיטה רעועה.

Mi hanno cambiato sistemazione tre volte. Alla fine ci siamo trovati a dormire su 2 divani invece che su due letti! Attenzione l'agenzia non e' seria vendono cose che non possiedono per poi cambiarle!!!!!! E' la prima volta che con Booking mi succede!!! Spero anche l'ultima!

W-lan im Appartement Frühstück wurde verrechnet, jedoch hat es keines gegeben! Lage des Appartements in der runtergekommenen Bahnhofsgegend! Alter des Appartements -> Zimmer sind schlecht isoliert! Zimmertemperatur des Appartements war trotz Heizung sehr niedrig! Umständliche Schlüsselübergabe -> lästige telefonische Abstimmungen vorab notwendig! Nächste brauchbare öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind 15 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt - auf dem Weg dahin begegnet man sehr suspekten Personen! Verantwortliche Ansprechpartner sprechen nur schlecht Deutsch! Handtücher waren viel zu klein! ...

Medewerker heeft erg z'n best gedaan een goede locatie voor ons te zoeken, toen een beter appartement vrij kwam heeft hij die meteen aangeboden. De mails waren niet altijd even duideijk.

Es handelte sich um eine Privat-Whg. deren Besitzerin für die 3 Tage verreist war. Whg. war o.k., nur Preis-Leistung stimmte nicht. Wegen Messe war jedoch alles andere ausgebucht.

I never expected the apartment would be so untidy. It appeared that it was an apartment where people leave but in order to make they let it for a couple of days. It is absolutely not a value for money.
