too old and unequipped. totally unworthy.
Clean and comfortable rooms and a great location for exploring from.
Seemed understaffed as the reception was often unattended.
Location, room good size, fridge and bathroom in room, good kitchen. Rare find!
Locks are hard to use
Perfect location, friendly staff (that one time we saw them), key cards for every guest, high room with big windows.
No towels, no cleaning, no soap, no shampoo.
Good location - great staff. Nice having a numbercode to open the room especially for a group of friends.
Be aware missing soap in handsink and no bathing towels.
the staff was kind and ready to answer to emails. Nice position. I found it with a special price on booking.com
Sometimes the reception was closed, even if it should be opened. The magnetic door once didn't work properly.
Really affordable, quiet and good room.
Location Friendly staff Good value for money
They have a TV in the room and a balcony
Everything, they say they provide wifi but it's a 30 minutes wifi that even dont work, the rooms upstairs even if they only walk the sound is like that everything will fall, so much noise, they only have person from 8 to 11 than 13 to 20 and in This time the door of the reception is always closed, i have been in 14 hostels in 8 diferents countrys in This trip and This one is the worst one, i still in Hamburg but i changed hostel.
really nothing, there was nothing to like ...
the pictures that we'd seen in your website were completely different that real rooms, awful pillows, I've still neck-pain ... the neighborhood, there were 3 bars in the street and the street was full of drunk people it felt really unsafe. during the night we heard drunk people laughing and talking loudly in the corridor of hostel, there were standing just behind our room's door for long time... the worst hostel EVER.
So cheap. Booked at last minute and arrived earlier than checkin time plus had to rush off and meet friends so they sorted out the room and luggage and texted me the door codes while I was out. It's all key free and a really nice setup. Small but includes all the areas you need and can walk in <10mins to the Ubahn to go anywhere
check-in time, (very) limited reception hours
the facilities, the kitchen, the helpful receptionist, the toilet. there's tv and table in the room, quite spacious.
the location is nearby lots of nightclubs and not suitable for children. the bed is a little bit cramp as it is 3 deckers bed.
location of the hotel, a perfectly equipped kitchen
there was nothing in particular we disliked
It was very close to the Reeperbahn nightlife, and there was not shortage of places in the area to find food. It was also within a reasonable walking distance to the city shopping centre.
There were a very helpful girl at the reception desk when I arrived, but after that nobody was available at any other time I walked past it. There was an office down the corridor with people working in it, but I had no idea whether or not they were there to assist anybody who needed help.
For the price and location it was excellent its fair to say we'l be back
Had I only had more interest in the reperbahn :)
Friendly staff on reception. Perfect location and rooms for a group of 7 young lads. If you're after luxury this isn't it but for convenience it is perfect. Definitely recommend it for groups of lads
