Loved the room and if it had been directly overlooking the lake it would have been even better |

The location is excellent and easy access. This is a property with lots of character. Very nicely decorated. Very large and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Good internet access. Poor and inexperienced service in the restaurant. No coffee and tea making facilities in the room. No safe either. Room was too hot and the heating could not be adjusted. Uncomfortable pillows. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. My single room was fairly small, but very comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom was spotless and well fitted. The Hotel is very well located, just a moment from the lake-side, and a few minutes walk into the centre of the charming town. There is quite a bit of noise from the nearby main road, and thus I could not have the window open at night. It would have been nice to have a tea/coffee maker in the room. |

Pleasant staff and efficient (too efficient at times) nice breakfast buffet and good selection. Helpful on my departure day and security of luggage, but a small bedroom safe would have been nice and also tea making facility for "Brits" ! Room too small and too warm, no aircon ! I thought the bar area was uninviting and always dark and dismal, I would have liked a more inviting lounge area to sit down and relax in the evening as my room was very small and hot. I had to repair the fan in the room when I arrived and had to ask twice for extra pillows. |

The hotel has a nice lobby bar open until 3am, in which locals are more than travellers. It is a good chioce to spend the boring night in the extremely quite town. |

The staff at the reception and the cleaning lady were really friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious. Good location close to the "beach". There were plenty of stairs, which are not easy to get up and down with baby strollers. The furnishing of the lobby was really oldish and darkish. We had to keep the curtains in front of the window at all times since the opposing building was so close. |

The location was first class being very close to the main station and opposite the lake. The town and shops were also a very short walk away. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The pillows were too low for us, but a quick word at reception and more were in our room by the time we had returned. |
